Very true Usha, the instinct of protecting girls from unwanted advances are responsible for segregation of sexes, but that has only worsened the problem. When segregation happens, many factors including social, educational, economical etc. contribute towards making the boys feel they special and far superior to the girls and are not taught on how to respect and deal with girls properly. This attitude and unhealthy contribution towards strengthening gender stereotypes has only worsened crimes against women, and thanks to exposure to digital and electronic pornography, now even underaged boys are greatly involved in such crimes. The solution is ideally co-education in which more focus is given to treating boys and girls equally in all aspects.

I agree! And the single kids need such interaction much more so because their friends at schools compensate for the absence of their own siblings to a great extent. And interacting with girls and boys of their age instil them with respect for the opposite sex adn also let them appreciate the gender differences in a natural way.
True Kalyani, I know of a couple of boys who are the only child in the family, and coming from villages and small towns are pampered and not taught even to take care of themselves. In the beginning they are quite rude to girls , probably because they dont know how to deal with them, but they settle down after a while. The problem comes from the parents who resent this and their precious sons losing their importance as MEN..

I am sure that day is not far off that all the above named among with others will be tried for treason, let us hope that day is not far off. As more and more such skeletons are tumbling out from the closets, more and more people will know and understand how they were being fooled all these years, the day of reckoning does come for each and every person.

The Nation had decided 2 years ago what the this Country needs, what it doesn't. There can' be any other better judgement than the People's verdict. When the Country has elected a party, its the duty and responsibility of the Party at the helm of the affairs to measure up to the expectations and aspirations of the people. If the ruling party fails, people may do the necessary job of showing the gate.

That's what I have been told too..Recently there was a case of a lady getting electrocuted while speaking on her phone which was being charged at he same time. I guess this is one practice that we need to avoid at all costs because this is not the first time it has happened either.

I don't think the habit has been forced because it is very much there in our culture and tradition to touch the feet of elders and those in command, so naturally those who follow a leader will do it more due to force of habit , although it seems subservient .

I sincerely hope so..but the problem with our country and our leaders is their fence sitting attitude and also fear of their own safety with regard to coming elections. The damned always generate a certain amount of sympathy not just from supporters but from others too when they are crucified ...I guess it is best to let the nation and its people judge them for what they are !

Self explanatory Pictograph. doing. In my family, I and my wife firmly believe in doing our house work.Generally we divide our works.At times, when she is a bit late in the morning, to rise up, I finish off her works too. One need not go to a fancy Gym to burn the calories. Doing House work is as good as or better than going to Gym

MirJafar just wanted to be made nawab, country be damned. He betrayed India
Similarly the Congress led by Sonia and Rahul like Mir Jafar can betray India by forgery and lies and false cases just to remain in power. They all deserve the deepest place in hell like Mir Jafar who I am sure is there.

Absolutely, most of us tend to dismiss house work as part of a routine and dont really go into the health benefits of it. Here is a chart that shows the calories burned during daily routine or while doing household chores ..
