First start with Simple physical exercises like stretching of your limbs, a morning walk. Then gradually increase the duration of exercise time. Drink enough water. This regimen must help in reducing your belly fat.

my belly fat is increasing day by day, i am thinking of decreasing my calories but i am in big dilemma that what should i do whether i start doing Yoga or with Yoga should i do something more... can anyone suggest the easiest way to decrease our calories easiest one, which we can do at our home and which is less painful

True...see the current agitations of various women's and progressive outfits demanding that women be allowed entry into temples and mosques etc. See how much response and they are getting from everywhere, but something more crucial and sensitive issue that requires topmost priority such as water and food etc., no one seems to be bothering much about.....that is why our country can never become a superpower!
just because of some bad politicians we people are straggle from the main problems which are happening in our country. people of India concentrate more on useless things.

yeah sir it also happened with me many times as now a day the bus are fully loaded and the people suffer inside the bus and especially by the small children for whom we have to stand up and give them the seat to let them fell convenience.

well as said by the senior members, there is actually no need to have any duplicate checker on your bookmark because if you are real then the sentences will not match but if you studied from anywhere and you wrote in your article then i think it is very important for you to check its duplicate content.

Today organizations are going increasingly for flat structures where knowledge, skill are more important than experience. There was a time when army was considered a model for men management but now there also a flatter structure is taking shape and experience is going to give way to modern knowledge and skills. Organizations relying on experience are ones which are resistant or slow to change generally.

I can't say about others but after I took an early release I have held some top appointments in the Civil including the UNO.Experience was preferred.But it cannot be a general rule
Both qualification and experience matters and they also become the merit of a person when employers consider them. A qualified and experienced person will definitely be preferred over a less experienced person even if he or she has more qualifications
