One cannot give any importance to horoscope because it is an unproven field. I guess by now we all know that both China and Pakistan are our enemies and would do everything in their might to create unrest and if possible take over the nation bit by bit. But that does not mean that we have to give into every provocation that comes our way. We have to try peaceful methods first and then go on to others and I would think that is what Modi is doing. Had he done otherwise , I am sure there would have been criticism for that action too by another section of people. So, we need to let him decide what is the best course of action esp since we are not aware of the many intricacies that are there between these nations' foreign policies towards one another . By constantly criticising every single act of his we are not achieving anything.

They dont bother about it so why do you suggest thata Tibet Government in exile is a bad thing? Somebody has to face China. I am sure yiu are aware of the opinion about break up of India by the Chinese institute of strategic studies? China nd Pakistan are ganging against India and Modi needs to show more will and respove otherwise what I have written above about the  horscope may come true. Already the ex -servicemen who form a sold bloc in North will not vote for BJP.  A small child of India know about anti India coalition of China and Pakistan. In 1962 when India was strugling with China, Pakistan plans to attack on Kashmir. Building of gentleman image at cost of country is not acceptable.

I am afraid Modi is on the wrong path and following the vote-bank politics of the Congress. I am surprised that he has ignored a peaceful agitation by ex-servicemen who have refrained from violence because of discipline.  But he bent his knees when a violent agitation like the Jats in Haryana nad Patels iN Gujarat erupted. He conceded 10% further reservation to appease them. This is  sad  as he has gone against Supreme Court ruling on the reservation. The RSS is opposed to a further reservation and in fact wants reservation to go away and Modi is propagating it further to try and win elections. But these are knee jerk actions and Modi will bite the dust in Punjab, UP, and Gujarat as such offers are just vote bank politics. Frankly for a Modi supporter like me, it is a shock.

anil replied to the topic How EMI is computed! .
Gulshan Kumar Ajmani wrote: Personally, I feel loan should be avoided. But housing is an exception.  Housing is not only consumption need but also a wise investment. The rents increase year to year but EMI remains the same. So by building house by payment of EMI, you avoid payment of rent that would have to be paid for rented house. The rent payable would increased with inflation. You may rent a portion of your house and earn some rent. In most cases, the rent that you save on rented accommodation and that which you get by giving on rent a portion of your house, would suffice to finance the EMI.  Also your income should increase year by year and payment of EMI would be easier. I am agree with you that as much as possible one should avoid loan. Loan is mental tension what may be interest rate, even if it interest free. Housing loan is another matter. If we have not own house we are living in rented house. So we took loan for house  some part of EMI we will pay with amount which we are paying as rent. Desires have not limit, so one must not have habit of taking loan for a small needs which we can avoid.

For Modi supporters Modi Ji is strong mind and will. So this roll back disappointed. We never expect tottering policy against Pak and China. You are much hopeful any strong action against son and mother  but I am not. Due to special character of Indian politics it is very hard to punished these.

Modi chickened ona small issue of Visa and that shows he has very little comprehension of power politics.

usha manohar wrote: It is not as if Modi government has not tried but the armymen are stubborn about their demands. In any kind of negotiation there should be give and take and willingness to compromise. The Police and para military forces too have a very risky job but they continue in service much longer unlike armymen who are forced to retire at 36 . However, the government has made changes but a few not are arm twisting the government . This government has certainly done much better giving in to their demands unlike the previous one, so no comparison with Nehru o any of the past leaders. This is not a black mark on Modi or BJP but goes to show the stubborn and unreasonable demands of army personnel and believe me most civilians see it that way !  All points raised by you are answered in my article on Boddunan and so there is no pint in repeating them here. You are not aware of the groundswell of support for ex-servicemen agitation and for that you have to to go Jantar Mantar and see the thousands of farmers and the educated elite supporting the movement. Remember the army has to be kept satisfied as it is the sword arm of the nation. Withdraw the army from Kashmir and NE India and Indian nation will collapse.People  don't realize the disaffection in the army . What happens tomorrow if the army is not motivated to fight ? Be realistic. This is a serious matter and Modi has betrayed the soldier. He promised and gave a watered down scheme which has led to a joint protest by the 3 service chiefs.  Aware?  Talking of teh future "In terms of what is in store for Modi, his rising to power just now is interesting in light of the fact that Saturn will cross his ascendant in November. This suggests a difficult path for him in 2015-16. When Saturn crosses the ascendant and enters a person's first house, that is generally a time when one's influence in the outer world wanes. One is generally left "standing alone." Moreover, although a natal tenth house Saturn indicates a rise to considerable power in the outer world, it more correctly suggests a rise to power and then a fall from power. For that reason astrologers refer to Saturn in the tenth house as the "Napoleonic Saturn," because Napoleon had it, and we all know what happened to him." The same thing may happen to Modi if he does not reform. This is on my personal blog. Modi's horoscope with its Connotation shows the meteoric rise and precipitous fall. I support Modi, but he has to ACT.

It is right that we are not happy with this decision of NDA government, but it does not means that we are change our opinion about Modi, he and his government is still better than Congress.

Maybe that is an indirect  reminder to China how the terrorists should be treated.  Really this is small thing. This is nothing in comparison to issue like giving asylum as well as permission to Dalai Lama to set up a government in exile and carry out political activities from Indian soil.

Yes it is right way but is it possible that authors about which Pawn start discussion we also read them. The thread starter  suggested the name of Jhumpa Lahiri. Now it is her turn to write about Jhumpa Lahiri or some other writer like Khushwant Singh.   May I write about Chetan Bhagat or should I write about Tagore? I guess writing about Bhagat would be easier for me.

At least we showed some spine. There is contradiction in stand of India on Tibet. Nehru and successive governments have always recognized Chinese rule in Tibet. Hence allowing Dalai Lama to indulge in politics and form Govt. in exile seem unfair and illogical.
