All the news that is coming out is not new, has been there when UPA was still in power, one can see that in Feb 2014, this had created quite a furrore then but was swept under the carpet because the elections were round the corner. Now the Congress party pretends as if it is vendetta politics by BJP while they were always guilty but pretending as if they are saviors of this country even as they were selling away country's security for greed.

CNN , BBC too are News papers. As far as the impartial news that is close to the reality almost all the channels are same.

India is a nation of 1.25 billion and my friend a Reader from Delhi University estimates that in such a vast country 20-30 people may be killed or murdered every week or even in a day. Obviously, the media will highlight only one or two which they feel are worthy of news. It's the same all over the world. Its part of life and one must take it in stride. I wonder how many would be interested to read that a tribal was killed in Tripura? they would be happier to read that a girl was abducted in broad daylight from a busy street in Bangalore.

How truthful is this investigation? Hearing Arnab Goswami on TV, I have to agree that with lesser evidence people have been arrested, why so far Tyagi and AP is not arrested

Of course. Tyagi's frequent Italy trips is a thing on which CBI is focussing much. Now the case has taken an interesting turn. Controversial evidences developing day after day. All one can do is waiting until the final result.

Astrology is a much maligned science. It is an ancient art and there are elements of truth in it. But it's a science that forearms and in case proper action is taken its forecasts can be changed.

Now it has to be seen if Ahmed Patel has received bribes on behalf of Sonia or not. Everyday, the case is seeing new twists and turns. In such scenario it's better to wait and see the final Judicial Verdict,

Studying any therapeutic Science is purely a personal choice. It may be the case with others who out of their personal preference chose a particular science and reaps benefit out of it. Where arises the question of Nationalism and anti nationalism arises ? And in this regard I would like to say, there is no particular system that caters to all the needs of an individual. For a weight lifter an altogether exercise regimen is necessary. And for a person who wishes to lead a healthy and ailment free life Yoga serves the purpose. Keeping the ultimate purpose, it's better to chose a particular system.

Ayurveda is a branch of medicine and can be studied. There is nothing anti-national about it. However Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and even Yoga cannot treat dangerous diseases and if one were to rely only on them one will just die. Talking of Yoga our world champion boxer Vijandra has said if he concentrated on Yoga he would lose all his matches. Similar is the opinion of Khalil who has said Yoga is for old people. He is a world champ in WWF. I also do yoga having learnt it at the Ashram of Swami Shraddanand, but it is not a substitute for training with weights.

So this thread itself is meaningless, as the man proposing this thread has gone on record and said that Muslim personal law should not be touched.

Rights of women in India? I could die laughing on a bed of nails. If they had any rights nobody would have done what happened in Bangalore , when a man forcibly carried away a woman for his pleasure right from the busy street and nobody came to her rescue. This video was shown all over India. I have never seen it even in NEW York and in particular Harlem, crime centre of the world.
