It is right rain water harvesting is only solution of water problem. If we ignore it we will face water problem every years. Rain harvesting is tradition of Rajasthan. Here it is called "kunds". Read some more about rain water harvesting system of Rajasthan.

Quite an informative article on preserving rainwater in the Western Rajasthan area. Saza Kuva is a way to preserve rainwater, when there is scarcity of rains in Mewar regions. So many types of preserving Rainwater are not known to the Farmers in AP. The reason, very rarely, we see inadequate rainfall here. Of course, this year's inadequate rainfall made the Farmers of AP to know the importance of Rainwater harvesting. Now in my state, Rainwater Harvesting projects are being taken very seriously.

Gulshan Kumar Ajmani created new topic Religious freedom in India .
There are some adverse comments in a report of an American based organization on state of religious freedom in India. Naturally, the report is unwelcome to many who retort that they neither recognize the organization nor teat the report as genuine because this is based on wrong understanding of Indian political system. constitution or law.
Of course, the American based organization has no statutory status as far as we are concerned. However, the report appears true. Our constitution is no doubt secular and progressive but certain extreme right wing organizations are undermining the constitution and acting against the spirit of secularism.

Your link does not work unless you save it after posting it, however, I will go through it.It is good to know that in places like Rajasthan and parts of Gujarat people had started this measure right from he beginning , probably because there is less rainfall there compared to other parts f the country. Now since 4-5 years, rain water harvesting has been made mandatory in Karnataka for all new constructions, but the problem comes with old buildings , where implementing this would be not possible because of the design and the extra cost..

History repeats itself. Those Mir Jafars and Jaichands of the bygone days appeared in the form of Sonias and Manmohans now and looted the country as much as they could and still their thirst for further looting is not satiated. These anti Nationals should be driven away from this country
It is surprising and shocking for me that Manmohan Sing was involve in this scam. It is my opinion that if he was done some wrong, that was only for super lady and his son.
I agree because Manmohan Singh along with P V Narasimha Rao opened up the economy and it was after that we saw a positive growth in the Indian economy. Such a person reduced to the level of being tainted with scam because a lady who is in that position simply because she was married to a congress leaders son, is really shameful! He is of course to be blamed, even if he may not be involved, he was still the puppet PM..

Absolutely, men do not hesitate to demand dowry and see, those women who get married to such men wilfully, is really a pathetic state. Recently there was a cricket player who was proudly displaying the Audi car or some other car given to him by his would be father in law. Giving a gift is of course personal choice the father in law may be a very rich person and may want to share part of his wealth with his daughter. But making a show of it and advertising it only sends the wrong signals and the fellow came in for a lot of negative criticism n twitter and elsewhere ..
If father wants to share his wealth with his daughter, what is wrong in it. On one hand we are talking equal right for female. on other hand we are saying that it is wrong to give gifts in marriage to daughter. If son have right of wealth of his father why daughter have not?
Anil, before jumping in to respond, please read the last part of my response...it is not about rights but the impression created in a country where dowry giving and taking is a crime..
Yes I read it, can you separate dowry and gift.
