Hindutva- was first coined by Vir Savarkar- who stood for Hindu nation. He is hero of the Hinduva lobby.  'Saffron'  is not an abuse. This is referred to Hindutva ideology. political outfits. Their favorite color is saffron. This can be seen on their magazines like Panchjanya and organizer and flags.  Incidentally, communists have been often described as 'Reds'  just because of their Red flag. They use the word 'Red salute'  while respecting somebody., This is not abuse. Regarding Hindutva, just see the link. http://www.irenees.net/bdf_fiche-analyse-878_en.html

Gur or Jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like Zinc and Selenium. They help in preventing free Radicals which are responsible for early ageing. Gur also helps in  boosting resistance against infections

@ vijay, In Dubai and other Gulf countries , they have huge desalination and water treatment plants and they use treated sea water for all their needs.I am sure it involves heavy expenditure and from Indias point f view can only be a stop gap arrangement, if at all. One can understand the need to have these in the Gulf where they have very little rains but we have more than enough, so I guess we need to concentrate on effective water preservation. In fact in Dubai , they are planning to build an artificial mountain(s) so that it facilitates the formation of clouds.

That is how it should be but it is not...even today when major decisions like buying property or selling property owned by her cannot be done single handed by a woman, either she requires endorsement from her husband or an affidavit ..I find the whole process ridiculous when they have financial freedom, are earning and capable of buying property by themselves..

AAP is one party that seems to have too much time on hands so keeps on getting into unnecessary scuffles and barging into things that dont concern them. Now they have taken to the Delhi streets after Sonia and partys no show yesterday, apparently to protest against both Congress and BJP and the Augusta scam ?????? What Kejri and his party fellows do is beyond anyone comprehension anyway..

I can suggest  Ruskin Bond's Children's Omnibus and R. K. Narayan's , Adventures of Swami and his friends and Classic Tales for Children. I vouch for R. K. Narayan's books. I'm sure all the above Books take the children in to a new world.

Read it for more information. http://epaper.bhaskar.com/detail/?id=967724&boxid=5631850453&ch=0&map=map&currentTab=tabs-1&pagedate=05/06/2016&editioncode=41&pageno=1&view=image  It is not right to say that Modi has not done anything to  deal with Robert Vadera. The justice, S.N Dhingra Commission probing alleged irregularities in grant of licenses to developers in four villages of Gurgaon, by the previous Congress Government in Haryana. in this connection, Robert Vadra son -in -law of Congress President Sonia Gandhi,. The case is going on and it takes time to prove the allegations on Vadra.

It is not Dharma (religion) that protects the human rights in India. The human rights are rather crushed in name of Dharma- namely Hindutva saffron style. It is the constitution- secular and democratic- that protects us all.

The Islamic patriarchal minds did not  like women winning a case over men. There were demonstrations and protests. The SC gave a chance to the government (under Rajiv Gandhi) to initiate the work towards having a Uniform Civil Code. However, Mr. Gandhi succumbed to the pressure of the Muslim community and instead of abolishing separate laws instead of the ones by the Constitution, his government in fact made necessary amendments to negate the effect of the SC judgement. If Goa can implement UCC successfully , with a dominant Catholic population I don't see any problem in implementing UCC by different states. In fact BJP should start doing this in their own states for a start. Once they consolidate their position in almost all the states , there will be no problem in implementing it at the center as well.. I completely agree with you. The BJP had an agenda, they must implement it, starting with the states they rule. But so far nothing has happend and 24 months have gone like the wind. 36 months is not far off and its about time Modi pulled up his socks. A good suggestion that BJP may begin UCC from the states they rule. But we need see whether this is in union  list or state list or concurrent list.  Can a sate govt. introduce uniform civil code?

What makes you feel that Modi will be a success here?    While thanking you, my Pal for having faith in my comments, I would rather request you to exercise a bit more of patience in this case. We all know that Modi has a blemish less history as far as his intentions to make India too a blemish less and ideal country are very clear..I know, you too have immense faith on Modi. Given time, Modi is capable of rising to our expectations.

It is not at all fair to use expressions like these for a previous PM. Knowing you you will justify it but I think this time you have got it wrong. Rest is up to you and your conscience. @ Dear Vijayji, Thank you for this question. Usin the expression "Running Dog" is not literal and is a Chinese proverb. Running dogis a literal translation into English of theChinese/communistpejorative, meaning lackey or lapdog, an unprincipled person who helps or flatters those more powerful and often evil. It is derived from the eagerness with which a dog will respond when called by its owner, like for scraps Historian Yuan-tsung Chen notes that while "In the West, a dog is a man's best friend; but in China, dogs are abject creatures." hence this expression which i have used must be understood in that context. Thanks.   Being Indians, we shall understand any phrase only as understood here. We don't live in China.  Even using the phrase in Chinese meaning does not seem appropriate. we need maintain proper decorum and courtesy while referring to any person. I would not favor even using Indian slanders. Here people daily abuse others using sexist terms that we would not write here.  I hope it is possibble to express views in more acceptable and cultured way.
