Santosh Kumar Singh created new topic Suggestion to show amount on form post and reply as per quality of post?.
I want to give Suggestion to show amount on form post and reply as per quality of post? Its good to promote quality contents on forum. If no amount then it should show as zero or will show only point on each reply and post.
Nowadays good traffic on form section can come if post is like article and good quality.

Instead of seeing and appreciating hard and honest work of youngsters such as Tina, there is no dearth of those who are jealous of such spectacular success and try to drag non-issues in picture creating controversies. Even if she might indeed be from reservation quota, but look at the way she has worked hard and achieved success in the very first attempt, which by itself, is certainly not an easy task.
Kalyani the two links I provided in my post above this gives a different version altogether. While Tina no doubt is a brilliant student who has worked hard , the issue here is that of a youngster who scored more than her , but because of caste reservation was deprived of the top position.
Yes, I read those links now, I guess, when I posted my reply, you were still typing and so I could not see them. But I agree with you, after reading those links, it really is Ankit who has scored more marks and so he should have been declared as being the topper. Both Tina and Ankit have worked really hard and have achieved desired success. So I wonder if this business of being declared first or second should be given priority? Just my thoughts really, because henceforth, it is not the marks but their actual performance that will matter and he/she whoever is more capable, will come out shining. I also feel that the UPSC officials should come forward with proper information on this issue.
I agree that the officials have to come up with a valid explanation rather than have this confusion. But this is what happenss when there is reservation, it gives rise to many added evils like secrecy and disenchantment with students who score better but do not get the appreciation that is due to them
I agree, there is a lot of confusion and disenchantment with students who are truly talented and hardworking. I think, for services like UPSC and other state level commissions, reservations should be removed completely. Why do we need reservation for public service commissions where the basic objective is service for betterment of our country? Removing reservation can be the first step towards bringing real talent pool where it is truly needed.

Yoga by itself cannot give fitness and good health to anyone unless they also take healthy diet and follow a healthy lifestyle like they have to do with any fitness regime. The only difference is that it is Indian and we feel proud of the fat that it has spread to many countries and people there realise that Yoga too is as good an exercise form as others.

Assam has a very committed Chief Ministerial candidate in Sonowal , a tribal who comes across as a very mature and well grounded person. I am sure he will be able to give good governance in Assam, also solve the problem of Bangla deshi migrants which has been left to go on for far too long..

These states are always under jungle raj irrespective of which party is in power.
situation was improved in Bihar when Latish was CM without support of Lalu Parsad.
That was when Nitish and his party was in alliance with BJP. That was probably the best period for BJP when a lot of growth happened after Lalu's family rule that led to probaby a worst phase in the history of Bihar . But now with Lalu back at the helm of affairs it is slowly going back to the same old days of Jungle Raj again. The irony is that a criminal minded person like Lalu is voted back to power by the people and he roams free and in control inspite of facing so many corruption charges against him. I guess like people getting like leaders !

Fascism is a philosophy. Like all philosophies, it has good and bad points. In India, nobody is a fascist and even Bose who joined hands with the Fascists was not a fascist.
Fascist is not all bad as at a time when anarchy prevails, it brings order in society. Thus, when Mussolini and his fascists seized power in Rome, things improved and for the first time trains ran on time and trade unions were controlled. The order was restored. That he lost the war is another matter.
The problem comes when this state of affairs continue and the ones in power become dictators and greedy for power.
