It may be an exaggeration as far as eating food in airports is concerned but many tourists carry pickle bottles and other eatables with them . In fact we had a very funny incident when we were in Italy. We were going to Capri near Naples for day trip and there were a few Indians too with us on the coach. We got talking and at lunch time which was provided by the tour oragnisers we were given typical Italian food and the Indians brought out a small bottle of pickle from their bag and started eating Spaghetti along with that. This was noticed by the restaurant people who objected because they did not allow outside food and the tour organisers too were unhappy with that and so on...Indians are obsessed with their food !

You can add 'Swatantrta Senani' pension in the list. I have yet to believe that people who took part in Independence Movement are still alive or if the did they must be over 90 at least. But when I see people handing over their "Swantrata Senani' free travel pass to bus conductors they don't look like more than 50-60 to me which means they were born after independence.

I am not sure what you call it but here we call it Dasavala ...I give a picture of the hibiscus flower that grows in my garden and the one I use for the oil..
We call them Gudhal in Hindi and its English name is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis

Besides Gudhal, Hibiscus is also known as JabaKusum. In telugu, we call it as Mandara.

No, IAS or any other responsible government servant cannot express his views officially but he can certainly have a personal account as a common citizen and express normally. This rule is applicable for all government employees or at least should be applicable.Armed forces have already been banned for having an account on FB.

I have no blinkers on after having seen of the work culture here and way the grand old party and its allies have popularised freebies here ... They would not hesitate for a minute to vote for such a proposal where they get a steady income sitting at home, that I am sure of ..You only need to see the way old age pension,widows pension etc are abused ..

I take more time. Because, I always write an article exceeding 3000 to4000 words in order to get a good amount.

Besides while sitting in waiting area after check-in you do not have many choices but to eat food brought from home. Beyond that I have yet to see someone bring out homemade food from his bag and eat it. May be the lady with the blog has been seeing things or even cooking up.

Sure Gujarat is better than UP in many respects - good roads, relatively cleaner cities, good shopping centres, peaceful people, mind their own business, not parochial, welcome business from all over India and world, less caste issues. I have lived here for more than 40 years and it was always like this Congress or BJP does not matter. I worked in both marketing and Purchase functions. So may look confused.

I have nothing but to laugh You know I live in NCR (in UP to be exact about 55 km from Delhi) so you cannot imagine what corruption means to me. You know, there is a saying here,"A cheat or corrupt is hidden under every stone" or if I say it in local language "Har shakh pe ullu baitha haianjame gulistan kya hoga" then to me Gujarat sounds like a better place to live in. As for my selfless person, I know you will not see the reason but that is your right and choice. BTW, I am a marketing professional myself so I am a better salesman but as a buyer I am entirely useless. Have a nice time

IN order to associate an Ad Sense account, Your You Tube account cannot be disabled.for Monetization. Hence, go to the Monetization page, get there by clicking your Icon in the top right< Creator Studio. Then in the left Menu, click channel, Monetization.
