I agree with sunil that oil does not help hair to grow. The dead keratin protein containing hair can be shined., softened, curled but not oiled to grow as if head is an soil for plants to grow. I know of a few persons who have never used oil and they have good and shiny hair.

Obviously we are. I remember feeling very dissatisfied eating Swiss restaurant food which was so bland that after seven days the hotel held a Thai food festival and I could get spicy food again. When we take care of them in India with so many small and medium hotels also serving continental food why can not the Italians serve Indian food at least to Indian tourists. And you also side them to laugh at us.

Abuse does not define the whole system. In Switzerland also more than 20% voted in favour of the scheme, but here 20% or less catches your attention and you start abusing everyone. Sure blinkers are on. Everywhere you only see Sonia.

seats are sold every where it is only in Karnataka they got caught. Naidu had to run to Rajasthan because Yeddiurappa ditched him at the last moment blaming him for his removal as a corrupt politician.

Either we can make sure that the natural oils present in the gland below the hair gets released through massaging or add some extra oil externally and massage it into the roots. One can see the difference in the texture immediately after you have an oil bath. Continuous oiling makes sure that your hair remains lustrous and strong.

Yes I believe that oil is also important for hair. I never listen that oil is used for cleaning hair. Although most of soaps and shampoos is made with oils.

In fact even Karnataka is slowly going the Bihar, UP way..the corruption and the lawlessness has reached new heights under the present CM and his party. One can see the way they have been selling seats for Rajya Sabha. Police and the government employees who have not been paid for months together went on strike recently and our CM Siddaramaiah goes around saying people are jealous of him and his party so they do such things ..

Back to oil, do you really think that oil has any role to play for your hair care? Hair is nothing but a lair of dead protein so you can shine and clean your hair with the help of oil but that is about all. You can do the same for your hair with water also.

I am not sure what you call it but here we call it Dasavala ...I give a picture of the hibiscus flower that grows in my garden and the one I use for the oil..
We call them Gudhal in Hindi and its English name is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis
