We all wish to have lighter hair shades to project a whole new touch and appeal to our look. Especially during summer, we wish lighter shades. However, most of us are scared to use those commercially available hair lighteners that are full of harmful chemicals. Such products do lighten hair but do more harm to the hair after every use. Instead of spending money on harmful hair lighteners, we can try easy to use home remedies that can help us to naturally lighten hair and can also be used to naturally highlight them. These home remedies are perfectly safe to use and cause no sort of damage to them. Moreover, these remedies are hardly expensive and most of the products used are easily available at the home. Hair enjoys good health unlike dryness or brittle hair that is caused after using harmful hair lighteners. Below mentioned are some easy methods which help to naturally lighten the hair.   Honey and olive oil Honey is an ingredient which has naturally lightening quality. Olive oil is added to prevent dryness in hair. Make sure to pick extra virgin olive oil to get desirable effects. Add 1 cup of honey to 2 cups of vinegar. To this mixture add 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon and mix it properly. Damp the hair and apply this mixture evenly on hair using a brush. In the case of highlights, apply this mixture wherever highlights are required. Cover the hair using a towel or plastic wrap. Put on a shower cap above plastic wrap. Leave it overnight. Wash hair in the morning. Cinnamon and olive oil accelerates the lightening process. However, the real work is done by honey. It has hydrogen peroxide in it in small traces. Hydrogen peroxide is a lightening agent and thus the mixture prepared helps to naturally lighten hair when applied overnight.   Lemon juice Lemon is a lightening agent and thus making use of it to naturally lighten hair is an age-old trick. Dilute it with water and apply it evenly on hair to obtain naturally lightened hair. Most of us fear that it will leave reddish color on hair but it is not true. It is highly effective and thus used widely all over the world for a reason. Apply the mixture of lemon juice and water, sit in the sunlight to dry the hair. Wash it after a couple of hours.    Chamomile tea Tea is a natural ingredient to use for lightening the hair. Chamomile tea is particularly very useful. Not only it lightens hair but also promotes good hair health. If it isn’t available, one can also choose to use black tea. Boil a cup of water. Let the chamomile tea bag steep in it for 7-10 minutes. After the tea has cooled down, use it to rinse hair. Let the mixture remain on hair for 20 minutes. Repeat it after a few hours if one wishes to have lighter shades. Follow it by a shower.   Henna or Mehndi Henna in itself is a natural lightening ingredient. It is a boon to naturally black hair or dark brown hair. It lightens them and gives them a reddish color. However, other than these shades, it tends to darken other shades of hair. Mix henna with water and keep it overnight. In the morning, apply it on hair and let it remain for three hours. Wash hair and see amazing reddish tint offered by henna. Henna can also be applied to the hair by mixing with an equal quantity of chamomile tea powder and water. Apply this mixture to hair and let it remain for an hour. If the hair color is dark, let it remain there for two hours. Rinse hair and see the difference.   Baking soda Over the years we use a number of hair products and most of them have harmful ingredients in them. These ingredients settle on our hair and cause damage. Baking soda is the best natural ingredient to strip those chemicals and get rid of them. Moreover, it is a natural agent for lightening the hair. The process is slow. However, if the purpose is to eliminate the harmful buildup of chemicals from hair as well as to lighten the color, then it is the best product to use. All that is needed is to make a paste of baking soda and water and apply it on the hair. Leave it for half an hour to get good results. Paste should be of proper consistency. If it is too thin, it will be difficult to cover on hair and if it is too thick then it will dry out early.    Cinnamon powder We use cinnamon in our day to day lives either in the preparation of tea or put its aromatic flavor to the best use by adding it in the preparation of sweets and other recipes. It is aromatic and also has properties to lighten naturally. Thus, it can be used to naturally lighten the hair. Moreover, cinnamon is rich in antioxidants. It offers protection against the harmful rays of the sun. Take conditioner and add some cinnamon powder to it. Use this mixture to coat on hair. Make sure to coat it evenly and in the case where only highlights are required, apply the mixture only to those strands. Leave it overnight and rinse the hair in the morning. Make sure to use natural conditioners. Leaving commercially available conditioners overnight can damage the hair. Natural conditioners such as curd, henna can be safely used and works magic if left on the hair for a longer duration. It not only naturally lightens hair but also makes it silky.   Honey and vinegar Honey as well as vinegar both has lightening properties and thus both when together applied to hair offers much better and quicker results. Take a cup of honey and add the double amount of vinegar to it. Preferably use raw apple cider vinegar in the preparation. Add around one tablespoon of coconut oil to the mixture and blend all the ingredients properly. Apply this mixture on the hair and make sure to coat the hair well with it. The mixture is safe to be left on the hair overnight. Rinse the hair in the morning and see a remarkable difference.   Magical ingredient salt Take any kind of salt around 1-2 tablespoon depending on the hair length. Dissolve it in a cup of warm water. Apply this solution on the hair and make sure to do it evenly. Let the solution remain on hair for around 15-20 minutes. Rinse the hair and see the same results which we experience after swimming in the beaches or the ocean. Salt in the ocean naturally lightens and highlights hair. Why wait for the summer to arrive so that we can hit the beaches and get that wavy naturally highlighted look on our hair strands. We can do it on our own within our home by using the magical ingredient salt as and when necessary.    Tablets of Vitamin C Vitamin C is good for hair health. Moreover, it also lightens the hair. Take a few vitamin C tablets. Crush the tablets and mix with shampoo. Wash hair using the shampoo and vitamin C mixture. Condition the hair as usual. Follow this trick as and when necessary and see the difference.   Apple cider vinegar Some of us may not like the instant change in the shade. They would appreciate a slow and gradual change. For those desirable of slow change, vinegar is the best ingredient. Prepare a solution of vinegar and water and use it regularly to experience gradual hair lightening. Dilute vinegar by 6 parts of water. Apply this mixture on hair and keep it for at least 20 minutes followed by a rinse. One can use different kinds of vinegar however; apple cider vinegar is better than others and also does not smell bad. It offers reddish color to the hair and it is a good ingredient if highlights are desirable. To get quicker results, dilute the vinegar with an equal quantity of water and leave it on hair for 30 minutes.   Hydrogen Peroxide Those of us who do not appreciate slow and gradual changes and desire quicker results should go for hydrogen peroxide. This product lightens hair quickly. Some of us are concerned that it will cause hair dryness. However, it is not true. It does not cause damage to the hair like bleaching agents present in commercial hair products. Prepare a solution by mixing equal quantities of water and hydrogen peroxide. Apply this solution on hair and leave it for 15 minutes. One can see the natural lightening in the shade of hair. When one gets the desired shade, do rinse hair immediately with water.    Conclusion We all have different tastes when it comes to hair color and styling. Instead of making use of commercially available hair color, use natural ingredients which not only lighten hair but also help to boost hair health. They are safe to use and do not cause any harm to the hair unlike chemical agents present in the hair coloring products sold in the market. The only thing to remember is that our hair is different and thus results will vary. The power and rate to which color is absorbed differ from person to person. Thus, the outcomes vary too. It is fun to experiment using the above mentioned natural ingredients.

Introduction Eyes are precious as these organs let us see the world around us. Thus, we need to learn to care for them. Instead of taking care, we let them suffer. We feel that eye care requires lots of time and thus we give an excuse that we don't have enough time to pay attention to them. Consistent carelessness can impact the eyesight and as a result, we need to wear glasses or contact lenses to see better. If the situation worsens, laser treatments and other sorts of surgeries need to be considered. It is high time that we care for our eyes as there are simple yet effective ways that will help us bring improvement in our eyesight and get rid of those glasses and contact lenses. Below are mentioned certain simple ways that can help us naturally improve our eyesight.   Eat healthily Eat a healthy diet and include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables that will bring remarkable improvement in the eyesight. It is a natural way of improving eyesight and prevents it from further deteriorating in any way. Vitamin A, C, and E are known to improve eye health. Include such fruits and vegetables in the daily diet plan that are rich in vitamins and minerals which support eye health. We all know how good carrot is for eyesight. All we need to do is include more and more such amazing fruits and vegetables in the diet plan. Antioxidants are also good for eye health. Lutein, beta-carotene, and zeaxanthin are the antioxidants that prevent macula from undergoing damages caused by harmful sun rays. Consume lots of dark green leafy vegetables, yellow peppers, carrots, egg yolks, sweet potatoes and pumpkin to derive these antioxidants. Macular degeneration is an age-related process and can also result in blindness. Including green and yellow vegetables in diet plan on a daily basis can prevent this condition and keep the eye healthy. We may also take help of multi-vitamin or other supplements in case we think that we are not able to fulfill our daily requirement through diet. A vitamin pill may not improve eyesight but it is essential as it still contributes to other factors that help to maintain good eye health. Our eyes require many nutrients so that it can perform its functions properly. Apart from vitamins, minerals such as zinc and copper are also essential for good eyesight.  Fatty acid DHA structurally supports cell membrane and ultimately results in good eye health. Thus, try to include foods rich in DHA such as salmon, cod, mackerel, sardines and other cold water fish. Include fruits such as grapes, blueberries and goji berries as they have anti-inflammatory properties and are rich sources of antioxidants. A cataract is a very common problem in age-old individuals. Prevention is always better than cure. If care is taken right from the beginning, one can prevent its formation in the eye lenses. Eat foods that are rich sources of sulfur, lecithin, and cysteine such as onions, garlic, and shallots.   Get good sleep When we don’t sleep for adequate hours or do not get to enjoy undisturbed sleep, we, in turn, affect our eye health. Certain eye-related conditions are simply because we are suffering from sleep disorders such as sleep apnoea. If we want to enjoy good eyesight, we need to sleep for adequate hours. Also, eyes which are strain-free and well rested help in enjoying quality sleep. Even while working during our working hours, we should take quick breaks in order to offer some rest to our eyes. Our eyes suffer especially if our work is mainly computer based. This kind of work offers too much strain on the eyes. In such cases, it is important that every 50 minutes or so, we give a break of 1-2 minutes to our eyes. It will hardly impact our work but will greatly benefit our eyes. After 50-60 minutes, we can take a couple of minutes break by shifting our focus from the computer screen to different objects. 10-10-10 rule is the best method to relax our eyes and get rid of strain from them. It means we need to look at objects which are at 10 feet distance from us for at least 10 seconds. We need to do it every 10 minutes. Devoting 10 seconds of time after every 10 minutes is not going to affect our work in any way. Take regular breaks during work hours or while watching television and enjoy undisturbed sleep of 8 hours and see a remarkable improvement in the eye health within a week or so.   Exercises related to eye It is important that we devote some time on a daily basis for performing eye exercises. These exercises naturally and quickly bring improvement in eyesight. These exercises strengthen our sight and help get rid of those glasses or contacts that we use for seeing. Follow a schedule exclusively meant for performing these exercises. Rub the palms of hands together to generate some heat and thereby place the palms on eyes. Hold them for 7-10 seconds. Repeat a few times. This is warm-up exercise meant for eyes and is done prior to other exercises.  Roll the eyes but make sure not to put any strain on them. Do not over exert and immediately stop in case if it hurts in any way. Try to focus as far away as possible followed by looking down. Perform this exercise at least 8-10 times. Next, look on either side and repeat it nearly 10 times. Follow this by looking diagonally. End the exercise by rolling eyes in the anti-clockwise direction followed by a clockwise motion. Repeat it 10 times. Take any obstacle such as a small stick, pen or pencil. Initially, hold it away from eyes at least at an arm’s length but make sure to keep it at the level of the eye. Bring it closer to the eye slowly whereas letting the eye completely focus on its tip. Do not bring the object anywhere closer than six inches from the eyes. Continue its journey backward until it reaches to arm’s length. Do not let the eyes get distracted and let them remain focused. This exercise should be carried in a very slow manner. Repeat it for at least 10 times. After exercising is finished, try to massage eyes. Use fingertips or knuckles to massage temples by moving in a clockwise fashion followed by anti-clockwise direction. Also, massage eyebrows and under eyes area. Once again apply some heat to the eyes by rubbing palms and placing them over eyes. Eyes will feel fresh and relaxed after the session. In case they are tired which may take place initially then let them rest for a few minutes and keep them closed.    Protect eyes When eyes are exposed to harmful ultraviolet light for a longer duration then it is for sure that eye health is going to deteriorate. Ultraviolet light exposure can cause cataracts and macular degeneration. Thus, we need to protect our eyes by wearing sunglasses as they tend to block these harmful rays. Buy sunglasses from some reputed brands and do not end up buying something from the roadside. It is because not every shaded glass blocks UVA and UVB rays. It is beneficial to purchase a wrap-around type of sunglasses. These sunglasses block ultraviolet rays not only from the front but also from the sides of our eyes. All we have to do is to purchase a good quality of sunglasses and wear them whenever we go outside during the day time. Also, quit smoking. Smoking is not only bad for overall health but also causes ill-effects on eye health. It is because smoking over a period of time can lead to macular degeneration and cataract. Thus, try to quit it at the earliest and protect your eyes from suffering from ill-health. One can also take help from a support group or concerned doctor for the same.   Conclusion A few things which are mentioned in this article if regularly followed can improve the eyesight over a period of time and prevent worsening of the damage that is already caused and also works on reversing the damage. However, results require time and consistent efforts. These are the natural methods to improve eyesight and enjoy good eye health. Individuals who opt to wear contact lenses or glasses over a period of time will have to go for prescriptions that are way stronger than they are using in the present time. The reason is that the vision keeps declining. Until an individual follows a healthy lifestyle and makes all the required efforts that are essential for good eye health, vision keeps declining. In recent times, we have been causing too much strain on our eyes as we are using them more than ever to stare at our cell phones, computer screens, televisions, and other electronic gadgets. Thus, eye disorders that are age-related and fatigue in eyes are the common sorts of problems we are at risk of. However, it does not have to be like this forever. We can follow the above mentioned simple tips and sharpen our eyesight and enjoy good eye health that is free of eye problems.

Introduction A few decades ago, stress was not as common as it is in the present scenario. With the introduction of more modern elements and eagerness to achieve success in every field, it is almost difficult to avoid stress from our lives. It no way means that we need to live with it and make our lives miserable. We need to do our best to avoid it as much as possible. If it cannot be avoided, we need to learn the ways to offer ourselves relief from it as and when it embraces us through its deep tentacles. Leaving it as it is while continuing our lives in misery can take a toll on us in long-term. Stress can greatly impact our mental health. When mental health is affected, it surely affects the overall well-being. Stress can be managed. All we require are some effective strategies and patience to get rid of it from our lives. Following are the simple but effective ways that will help us to deal with stress and enjoy every second of our lives being free from stress and happy.   Music is the best companion- We often get surrounded by a situation that makes us tensed and inculcate lots of stress in our minds. All we need to do is give ourselves a break of a few minutes. Listen to our favorite track or we can even sing to rejoice ourselves. Those of us who know how to play instruments can devote a few minutes and play their favorite instruments to relax the mind and boy. Usually slow, calming music has a soothing effect on the mind. When it heals the mind, it instills positive vibrations inside. It decreases the levels of cortisol hormone which is responsible for triggering stress in us. Moreover, it decreases blood pressure. Nature can also help us in such situations. Carefully listen to the chirping sounds of birds, sounds made when raindrops fall on earth, music created by the waves hitting the seashore and many such nature sounds that will calm our mind and help us become stress-free within no time. Focus on breathing- We have heard many a time that during stressful situations, we need to breath deeply. Deep breathing is not just an act of breathing but it definitely does a lot of good when it comes to dealing with stress. In stressful situations, we usually breathe very shallowly. Deep breathing increases oxygen supply to every body part including the brain. As we are concentrating on breathing, we deviate our mind from stress and the factors that have invited it. After the session, we end up thinking more clearly and come with a solution. Thus, deep breathing is a big part of meditation and has been practiced by sages and monks since age-old times. It does not require lots of efforts or time. A session of 3-5 minutes is sufficient to offer clarity in our thoughts. Sit in a comfortable position on the floor or on the chair and focus on breathing. Try to breathe slowly and deeply inside and outside. Call a near and dear one- Friends, family or relatives are the ones who are near and dear to our heart. They may not be present physically near us. Still, a reassuring sound coming from them can do wonders to our thought process, especially during stressful situations. It does not have to be a long talk. A voice call lasting for a couple of minutes is enough to heal our wounded heart. Thus, we should not hesitate in reaching out to them. All we need to do is to take a break from the work and call someone whom we know can heal us. Call them and let them know the problems that we are dealing with. They may not have every solution to all of our problems but still, we will feel light and a lot relieved after talking to them. In case, we cannot call our friends or family, we can talk to ourselves. It is the best way to deal with stress. All we have to do is sit calmly and tell ourselves everything that's been bothering us. We may be surprised that after talking to ourselves, we may land with a solution immediately. Laughter is the best therapy- It may seem almost impossible to laugh or even smile during stressful circumstances. We don't have to wait for the laughter to arrive naturally to us. We need to make an effort and release our stress by laughing out loud just like the people who do it in the morning or evening time in the parks. Laughter improves the mood by releasing endorphins in the body. It also decreases the levels of adrenaline and cortisol which is responsible for causing stress. Not so naturally produced laughter can also play a trick with our brain and make us feel happy rather than tensed. We can read some jokes or remember some hilarious moments in our lives. We can also watch something that is hilarious and funny. Within no time, we will relieve ourselves of stress and return back to our work aiming to deal with it more patiently and calmly. Concentrate on the diet- We are what we eat. If we follow this philosophy, we will never have to face stress and anxiety again. Food habits and stress levels are related to each other in a close manner. When stressful situations arrive, we often skip our meals. Or else, we end up eating something that has lots of fats and sugar in it. It is because during such situations, eating healthy is the last priority in our list and thus, we end up eating the fast food that is easily available around the corners. If we want to exaggerate the stress levels then it is alright to delight ourselves with snacks that are sugary and deep fried. However, if we want to cure ourselves of stress then it is better to look for something that is healthy such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Moreover, foods which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids decrease the stress symptoms as per the study.    Drink healthy- We need not only concentrate on our healthy eating but also on our liquid calories. Calories that we drink should also come from a healthy source. During stressful situations, we end up drinking too many numbers of tea and coffee. High dose of caffeine in the body can rise up the blood pressure level for a small duration. We do not want that kind of spike in our body and worsen the stress. Thus, instead of drinking tea, coffee or energy drinks, go for green tea. It is low in caffeine and rich in antioxidants. It induces a calming effect on the central nervous system as it is rich in an amino acid known as theanine. Moreover, coconut water, freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juices are always the best sources of healthy drinking. Never compromise with sleeping hours- We all know that when we are in stress, we cannot sleep well. Even if we manage to sleep for a few hours, we wake up frequently. This kind of disturbed sleep takes a toll on our health and further worsens the level of stress. While going to bed, we need to make sure to keep those disturbing thoughts away from our bedroom. Stress or no stress, we need to sleep for 7-8 hours to remain healthy. Before bedtime, we need to calm down ourselves by relaxing for a few minutes. Going to bed straight away after finishing our work is not going to help us get a good sleep. There are many ways to relax like listening to music, a brisk walk, light massage, and aromatherapy. All these simple yet effective techniques will help us enjoy our sleep so that next day morning we can work with complete enthusiasm and dedication. Work out a little- Working out or simple exercises which are carried out for 2-3 minutes can help us decrease the levels of stress. We don't have to hit the gym or do some intense cardio exercises for achieving the results. Even simple stretches can relieve us from stress. All we need to do is stand up from our chair and walk for a couple of minutes around the office or wherever we are. While doing so, we need to keep our mind free from stressful thoughts. These kinds of frequent breaks help us to deal with even the most difficult situations in an effective way. Increased blood circulation causes a release in endorphins which in turn improves mood.   Conclusion There are many ways to relieve stress. Different techniques work for different people. The need of the hour is to identify the causes or factors that trigger stress in us and keep ourselves away from them. In case, stress is triggered in us, we need to take help of these effective techniques to deal with the stress in a more powerful way.

Reena created new article Best tips on saving money.
A rupee by rupee will eventually add up to good savings. Savings cannot be done overnight. It requires planning and sustained efforts. First and foremost important strategy is to commence it as soon as the thought strikes the mind without making any further delay. Different people save money for different reasons. Some do it for financial security and some save it for dealing with unexpected emergencies. Whereas others do it to fulfill their long set goals that can either be small and realistic or big plans. Most important thing is to prepare a plan that is real and achievable and save money according to it.   Here are certain tips that help to save money-   Figure out the expenditure One cannot save money without knowing the total expenses. One has to calculate the total expenditure and count every rupee that is spent on various things such as household expenses, in office, and cash that is donated. Once an individual knows the transactions and expenditures, it gives him a gross idea of how much can he save on monthly basis.   Prepare the budget Now an individual knows the expenditure. Next, he has to plan a budget that is realistic for him. His expenses cannot overdo his earnings. If spending is more or equal to his earning amount then he may never be able to save money. Thus, he needs to look into the areas where he overspends and limit it as much as possible.   Prepare a feasible money saving plan Money saving plan is a budget that is prepared that helps an individual to save at least 10% or more of his earnings. If an individual is not able to save even a minimum 10% then it is mainly because he is spending too much. It is high time to limit overspending in certain areas. Prepare a list of essentials and non-essentials. Restrict spending on non-essentials. Soon an individual will realize how much he can cut down on his expenditure. Create a category known as savings in the budget plan. Regularly try to add money to this category to enjoy more and more savings.   Keep motivation alive Humans usually perform well if they set a goal in front of them. Thus, if an individual is failing in saving money, it is better to set a goal. It can be anything from purchasing a car to getting a new tattoo and from vacationing to retirement savings. Analyze the amount that is required for the set goal and the time span within which money can be saved.   Prioritize list It is important to save money but more important is to distribute savings properly keeping in mind short-term and long-term goals. Spending everything on fulfilling short-term goals is going to impact negatively on long-term ones. If the practice continues for a long period of time, it is very likely that the individual may not have any money after retirement. Allocate the money in a proper amount in different categories as per the priority list. For example, if one wishes to buy a home in the coming future, one has to start saving some money from now itself.   Seek the right help If an individual is saving money for fulfilling short-term goals, he can open a savings account. Whereas if he is saving for long-term ones, he can opt for mutual funds or invest in stocks. One can choose to open many accounts. Need is to find the right option by considering various elements such as fees, minimum balance required to be maintained, interest rates and other things.   Review timely It is important to review the progress at least every month. It also offers enthusiasm as an individual sees his hard-earned money grow. It will help him to continue doing what he has planned and also gives him a chance to see if there is any problem lying beneath. If any problem exists, he can immediately fix it.   Get rid of debt If an individual is trying to save money but also has a large burden of debt on his shoulder then his savings are not going to do any good for him. First and foremost thing he needs to do is to get rid of his debt. The interest on debt adds up every month and an individual with every passing month is burdened more under the pressure of debt. The interest that he pays on his debt can be easily added to the savings account. Thus, it is important to eliminate debt from life to think about saving some money.    Eliminate toxic habits It may sound strange but yes one can save thousands of rupees if one can get rid of habits that are going to prove fatal in the coming future. Whether it is smoking or chewing tobacco, whether it is alcohol addiction or drug abuse, eliminate these habits from life. These habits cost life as well as a fortune as they are fancy and not free. If one can quit them, all the money can be easily added to savings.   Avoid eating outside Only eat outside if you enjoy doing so. Most of us love to party once in a while with friends and family and that is perfectly okay. However, eating outside every now and then just because not having time to cook or not wanting to cook should not be an excuse. Plan ahead and prepare meals at home and carry them to the office along with you. Home cooked food is not only healthy but way cheaper than the food that is available from outside eateries. All that extra money that we spend every now and then while we eat outside easily adds up and can be put into a savings account.   Stick to the list We all go shopping every now and then whether its for buying fruits and vegetables or for groceries, accessories, and clothes. Just prepare a list before going shopping and by all means, stick to it. It is the best method to avoid impulses as impulsive purchasing is an unplanned one and consequently we end up buying costlier and not so important things for ourselves.   Spend wisely to save money Don't be stingy and end up purchasing something that is not reliable. For example, while purchasing an electric appliance make sure it is energy-efficient and durable. It may be costly. However, it is going to help us in saving our electricity charges. Moreover, it is going to last for a long duration and thus we need not have to buy another appliance for a long period of time. Thus, in the long run, we will be saving money. In this way plan ahead and don't just end up buying things just because they are available for a low price. Purchase after reading reviews of other customers and doing complete research on the product. Know its pros and cons and don't be in a haste to buy it.   Bid goodbye to luxuries We often spend lots of money on non-essentials and it is the reason that we are not able to save money. These non-essentials are nothing but luxuries of life. If we plan ahead and stick to the plan then not only we will enjoy life as we are providing ourselves with all the basic amenities for living it but we also will be able to save some money for ourselves which we can use it for fulfilling our goals. The need of the hour is to bid goodbye to luxury bills in order to improve our financial condition. We need to look around and unsubscribe all the subscriptions which we never use or hardly use. We can even find certain things in our home along with electronic gadgets that are sitting unused. We can sell them and make some money for ourselves.   Don't lose your nerves Sometimes it becomes difficult to save money and people start getting discouraged. Thus, they give up thinking that they can never save money in their lives and should live paycheck to paycheck. In such cases, one should start saving a little. It does not matter how little it is. Begin saving money as early as possible and do not care about the amount that is being saved. The money will soon sum up and one will have good savings after a few years.   Conclusion There are lots of ways to save money. Savings are important whether it comes to fulfilling short-term goals or for looking out after retirement. Savings take care of emergencies. Thus, one need not have to take the help of others during a crisis. Every month try to save some money. Opening a savings account is the best thing to do. The other important thing to do is to eliminate debt and get freedom from interests on such debts. Moreover, do not burden life by taking new debts. Set short-term as well as long-term goals and let them be realistic. Prepare a budget and prioritize the things on the list. Make investments only after seeking thorough knowledge about them, Wherever cheap options are available, try to opt for them and save a little money here and there. Always prepare a list before going shopping and stick to it. Don't make impulsive purchases and end up spending money on non-essentials whether it is grocery or clothes.

My idea of enjoyment I was in the city’s main market at 5.30 in the morning where one of the leading Indian newspaper had organized a special fun theme “Sunday is Funday” for children. It’s a wonderful scene looking at playing children. We all watch them playing but I don’t know how many of you feel like going back to the age when you were still of their age. As far I am concerned I always feel like going back to the age that I can still recall. Probably I was 5 then.  I know there is no way you can go back to your childhood age now but don’t you think it is possible to bring your childhood back! Yes, the best way to bring your childhood back is to watch children play. I spare at least 5-10 minutes regularly everyday while on my morning walk in the park and forget everything else watching children running around playing different games.  For last couple of years certain newspaper groups have started some wonderful fun activities in our town on Sunday mornings. They call it “Sunday-Funday” inviting everyone to participate in different fun activities very early in the morning in the main city areas before commercial activities begin.   I have attended few of these gatherings in the past also and enjoy them a lot. It looks great watching children displaying their skating skills on the road or dancing on an open stage with recorded music in a group, a show of karate or judo presentation by champion children of the town. It is one of the best experiences of life to watch adults enjoying all these acts. Don’t you feel that child in you wants to enjoy the life just as the kids enjoy their life? I love staying with people who know how to live life by making others happy or know how to enjoy what I share with them. I have even found a new way of doing innovative things online too. I write certain funny things in forums and watch the reaction of other members. I love while members react with joy but I feel said when I read sarcastic comments directly or indirectly. Try something new in your routine life Don’t we all feel dull, tedious and repetitious or something lacking in variety and interest of our life at sometime or the other?  Isn’t it the same routine job, the same people, the same discussions and same people? I feel it too boring especially on certain places when I see people repeating the same or ranting about the same what they were doing yesterday. Then what should we do for getting something new in our routine life or would it be worth or the same time pass kind of change which will again become dull after a few days. These are some common questions we all face but never try to do something which will keep us busy or do something that will engage in interesting activities.  There are ways one can come out of his boredom or find renewed interest in his life. Like when I see a woman trying to ride a bicycle with the help of his 15 years old son just for the sake of doing something new or watch a man of 50 learning to swim with the help of a boy 30 years younger. I love that when I see someone doing something for the first time and then the matter is certainly not limited to the adventure part of the learning a new activity but it is all about a person was trying to do something new to keep his life interesting.  And bringing something new is not limited to learning something new but there are so many other things you can try to bring “Newness’ to your life. For instance, change your daily rout to your office if possible and try a new one and see the difference.  Try meeting an old friend you haven’t met for ages or just close the door of your bedroom and dance to the tune of your favorite music until you drop on to your bed totally tired and feel the difference. There are so many ways you can try for bringing something new to your routine life.  Note: I will write more on this topic to give you my idea of childish experience

Whenever I hear about any paranormal incidents or any strange occurrences, the first question that comes to my mind is - did that really happen? Sometimes, the events are exaggerated such we downright recognize it is as a hoax. But sometimes, the events are told in such a way that we find ourselves almost believing it. For example, I almost thought Conjuring was a true story when I first saw it. In fact, the film is based on the actual events that happened to a family Rhodes Island. If the events in the film are true, then is there any explanation for these events? And then there is Annabell, the famous haunted doll. Though the film version is completely different from the actual events that are assumed to have happened, there are still stories of the doll's evil nature. Can science explain all these supposed hauntings? No, there are not any clear pieces of evidence for all the assumed ghostly hauntings. There are numerous such ghost stories we hear from various sources. Until one sees and experiences for oneself, it will be hard to believe all the stories paranormal activities. Here are some paranormal mysteries of India: 1. BHANGARAH FORT, ALWAR: This fort is famous all over India as India most haunted place. The fort was built by Bhagwanth Das for his son Madho Singh. The fort is beautiful with many temples inside. However, the government has banned the entry to this fort after sunset between 6 pm to 6 am. The reason? Many people believe that the fort is cursed. There are two versions to the story of the fort's curse. The first one is that, when the fort was to be built on the top of the hill, an ascetic Guru Bala Nath who resided there gave permission to build the fort with the condition that no other dwelling in that area should cast a shadow on his place. However, Ajab Singh, a descendant of Madho Singh added columns to the fort, so the shadow surpassed the saint's place. The angry saint then cursed the entire village and fort. Even today, when any roof is built, it mysteriously collapses the next day. The second story is the popular story of the Princess Rathnavathi and the tantric, Singharia. Apparently, the tantric fell in love with the princess and wanted her to love him. So, one day, when he saw the princess's maid buying a perfume for her, he cast a spell on it to make the princess fall in love with him. However, the princess came to know about the perfume and threw it away hitting a boulder, that killed the tantric. Before dying, he cursed the princess and the entire fort. The very next year due to war, the princess died and the fort got ruined. It is believed that the princess will take rebirth to free the court from this curse. Because of this, local believes that the place is haunted by ghosts or spirits and there are stories about tourists dying after spending a night in the fort. However, it also seems that the place is a shelter for the wild animal at night, which could be the reason for people to hear strange noises at night. Also, many monuments under ASI prohibits entry after sunsets. So, is Bhangarah paranormal or not? The place may sound scary but maybe it is not, and this fort is an amazing place to visit.  2. D'SOUZA CHAWL MUMBAI: A lady dies a painful death by falling into a well while drawing water. She then returns as a ghost and wanders at night. This is the story behind the ghostly apparitions that people see near the well in the compound of this chawl at night. There is also another supposed phantom night guard ghost, that is seen near the haunted well. At night, people are advised to stay away from well even though the woman ghost is considered to be harmless. So this lady is assumed to wander every night, every day near the well and disappears at dawn. Some people have heard anklet sounds, which they consider to be the woman's anklet. This place ranks the 5th position in India's haunted places. But then, these are just some tales and there is no real evidence that supports any supernatural concepts in this place. 3. GP BLOCK, MEERUT: In Meerut, "the sports city of India", also has some haunted places like GP Block, Meerut. There is a double storey apartment which has no residency there. Ghost stories include that of the spirit of a woman sitting on the roof, women wearing red clothes enter and exit the house, 4 boys sitting inside the house around the table having alcohol, all of which people have claimed to see. In the1950s, a junior army officer rented the house and after he vacated the house, no one has officially moved to the house. It is interesting that unlike most ghost or paranormal stories, there are no tales of any gruesome deaths or anything spooky that has happened in the house. Then why is this house supposed to be haunted? After a channel reported that Meerut is one of the top ten haunted places in India, stories of this abandoned house being haunted began to spread. Then is GP Block haunted or not? That's the question. 4. IGNORCHEM BANDH, GOA So, to chill and have fun we go to Goa, right? Seems like to gets some spooks and goosebumps too, we can visit Goa. There are some assumed haunted places in Goa, one of which is the Ignorchem Bandh, where it looks like one can see spirits in daylight too. Locals believe that evil spirits reside in this place attack people, especially in the late afternoons. It is said that the spirit then possesses the person causing that person to behave strangely. Also, it seems that these spirits are most likely to attack a person with low self-esteem.  So these are some places that are presumed to be haunted. Just like a coin that has two sides, all these places also have two different sides. When supernatural stories are told, science refutes that with some natural theories. I don't know if these places are haunted or not, but they are terrifying.

Nipun A created new article Bicycling improves health.
From sports to creating a green environment, improving health while saving your economy, improving your muscles while gaining some entertainment or fun are some of the benefits of cycling. Yes, in this article I will share a few important facts and advantages of cycling. Are you obese, hypertensive, work in 4x4 cubicle/ confined to four walls most of the day? Come out of it. Take your bicycle, go for a cool, fun ride.  Earlier, bicycles were the most common transportation mode in the world. But later, after the invention of motorcycles and cars, bicycles have been limited mainly to the race tracks or in the cycle race events. Very few were using bicycles as a means of public transport. In my school days, I used to have my bicycle and I loved to ride it every day. But later when I entered college I got tempted to ride a motorcycle and now I own a car somehow addicted to this busy mechanical life where you get things are done a click of your smartphone and forget exercises and healthy lifestyle. Recently, I visited Nehru zoological park and noticed they were offering bicycles for rent to ride within the park. I just took one and was amazed to ride after more than 20 years in the conserved nature park. I felt very relaxed and had fun riding a bicycle. There are many green places in our cities where cycling is encouraged. It is also a symbol of one of our political parties in India It relieves from stress, improves posture and coordination, cardiovascular health, muscle strength and flexibility, health benefits of regular cycling. According to recent studies, it is known to maintain body cholesterol levels and also boosts immunity while postponing the process of aging. One can start as a beginner and with dedicated effort, seriousness and regular training one can achieve professional cycling skills and can participate in cycle race events. Fred Rompelberg, a Dutch cyclist is known to the world with a record position holding for 20 years. He was the fastest in slipstream with a speed of 268.83 km/h. It was only after twenty years the record was beaten up by an American cyclist Denise MK. Cycles come in different sizes, shapes, and technologies, with or without gears, commuting, Cyclocross BMX, mountain bike.  Depending on your usage one can choose from the range of bicycles available in the market. They not only bring about health benefits but also contribute to the environment by not emitting any harmful gasses, as in fuel backed motor vehicles thereby saving your fuel costs. They are also environmentally friendly, free from air and noise pollutions. In developed countries as more population is using bicycles, the government has come up in creating special lanes for bicycles with trees alongside thereby promoting the environment. Some organizations are also conducting short duration bicycle expedition tours to promote and entertain the public. Cycle rallies are one of the best ways to advertise or take some information into the public in an economical and cost-effective way.   These days even in Hyderabad, metro rail is encouraging the public to use smart bikes a smartphone application through which you can get access to bicycles from the metro rail station to the allocated specific points of interest. I think it is an excellent scheme introduced by the government and private sectors to encourage public promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Nipun A created new article Evolution of cell phones.
Ever wondered how fast cellular technology has developed? Remember those huge basic hand-held devices with vulgar designs which were in the market ages ago with unaffordable prices? Yes, it was all there from where the present smartphones come from. As I was reading some latest specs of the latest model of smartphone suddenly I realized about my first used handset which was Motorola a basic, standard featured phone and I was amazed that is making me to write on this article. Though the first ever phone was built in 1973 in NewYork that weighed around 1kg and took 10 hours to charge, it was in 1983 and before I was born, the first ever portable handset was released by Motorola company into the market. It was priced around 4000$ and was symbolizing a status in the society in those days. These phones, in general, were confined to the business category of people only until 1990's Nokia 1011 model was the first to be released into public in 1992 and from there the market has begun. However, the screen with very limited customizable colors by 1997. In 1999 Nokia was the first to offer wap services while in Japan the first camera phone was introduced to the market by Sharp company. Later color came into life in the field of cellular technology. Camera phones made their way into the markets since 2002. Video calling became possible in 2003, with the introduction of 3g on camera phones, which was first known to be adopted by the UK in collaboration with Blackberry. Later by 2007, the technology moved further with developing more smarter phones with touch screen LG was the brand to make first touchscreen mobile phone with superior built quality with a set of features like swiping and scrolling. However, Apple proved to have stronger built and superior quality in touch screen by 2007 and the competition was getting tough and tougher in manufacturing smartphones with improvised and fine hardware and software Voice recognition, 4g, by Samsung introduced in 2011-2014 became very popular before iPhone which came up with Siri. By 2015-2018 size of the phone was what mattering the markets. Larger screen size to stream videos came into the competition were attracting the crowds. Mobile payments, usage of Google maps, Skype have also begun in this era only. I remember using expensive international phone cards priced around 10-20$ that last for only 5-10 minutes Skype, hangout, Nimbuzz, Rynga and few other apps that came later were saviors and precious in those times especially for students who were studying abroad.  Fingerprint sensors developed gradually since 2013 and are now common specs in the current generation smartphones. Cameras improved, fast charging and charge holding capacities, single slot to multiple slot sim cards, from memory storage to huge in-built memory capacities, hotspots and even wireless mobile charging, split screens and many advanced key features is what we witness in the present generation smartphones. I remember that long time ago where people used to sit with a newspaper on roadside especially in villages and suburbs, but now we see many are engaged with their heads down focussed on to the mobile screens occupied with some sort of useful and useless activities. Sometimes using mobiles phones while driving even caused fatal accidents. The technology has leap jumped from huge boring handsets to interesting and time killing smartphones without which the human race is totally depending on, like a parasite.

Nipun A created new article Ghosts and their existence.
I would like to share an interesting and ever solved the mystery in this article Everyone is curious to know what happens after death, do life exists after Do ghosts/spirits really exist? If so, did anyone witnessed, how they appear/ do they communicate and many such questions revolve in mind. Some are good, some bad stories. Some come from nowhere, and some after accidents or suicides or they just happen to live there.  Coming from a science background and being practical, I practice, I always believe in evidence-based happenings. Most of us have heard many stories on ghosts and their existence after-life from our friends, neighbors, movies about the existence or encounter with the paranormal living things calling them ghosts, spirits, even genies and so on. I personally never believed in their existence as I have never encountered one in my thirty years of life. At times, out of curiosity, I along with some like-minded, daring friends used to visit so-called haunted places to find any luck to capture such mysterious living forms but never came across one.  We have been visited some old buildings, forests spread along some highways, abandoned places after some citings or creepy stories. Yes, we have heard many tales, but most of them turned to be related to territorial disputes eventually, stirred-up some stories in an act to occupy the properties for a throw-out price by subjecting people to false allegations.  In the present world, when the technology is so advanced, when we are able to capture other planets that are 'n' times far away from earth when we are able to see minute microorganisms under an electron microscope that magnifies them 'n' number of times, we are able to dive into the depths o dark see using specially designed technologies, we still come across only very poorly recorded/captured small clips of about 1-2 minutes of what called, claimed to be ghosts/spirits and rest of them are all thanks to photoshop and other computerized technologies. There are professionals/ specialists who specifically deals with some invisible energies and they also have developed some instruments to record their existence, to detect the abnormal energies emitted by the source and claim to prove their existence which is not visible to our naked human eye. Their instruments are sensitive to detect paranormal energies that could be emitted by some sources like wells, closets, tunnels, chambers and dark closed rooms. Some also claim that they feel humid/ heat/freezing cold when they try to get close in those paranormal energy sensing areas. Some also complain of foul smell which is not detected at the same place in the day time.  This world is in fact filled with infinite curious things and humanity has exposed only a fraction part of nature. Who knew there is petrol, gold, platinum, other precious metals, fossils, and other plenty of natural resources hidden inside this living ball? Who knew that there's life under water which spreads across 70% of the planet? Humans are already exploring other planets in search of life and resources and hope if not believe that one day they will find an answer to our question about ghosts, spirits, life after death.

In this busy and stressed life of 21st Century we take relationships to casually. We leave the second moment  when something goes out of our league. We don't take even a moment to think about it and work on it. I myself have been in a relationship for 7 years. And in this long run I have learnt some keys to work on a relationship and make it last longer. (Goes for both men and women) Here are the 10 keys to have a healthy , happy and long-lasting relationship. 1. Be with someone who understands you loves you and can be with you till the end. You shouldn't bring some toxic person with you(Not a key to be happy).  2. Make it slow and give it time. Don't rush on things. Rushing makes things fast and toxic and since our childhood we've heard something, "Slow and Steady wins the race."  3. Plan romantic surprises for your partner when you see he/she is stressed. He/She must be going through a lot at many times and you doing something for them might not lower the problems but can make them feel less stressed. 4. Put in efforts. This is a very important point in a relationship. EFFORTS. In a long term relationship you do need to put in a lot of efforts or else the relationship becomes boring and after someday loses it's spark. 5. Give them their personal space. Jealousy and possessing is good but people overdo it . And your bae can feel to tight in such a situation and the relationship might become toxic. So allow them their personal space 6. Express your love as much as you can. The person might need it. Because sometimes it might happen they are down but they don't wanna tell you. Express love. They might forget what kept them down. 7. Compliment them. Who doesn't like a compliment. So always compliment them on the little things.  8. The little things. The little things is what the whole relationship is about. There will be little things making them happy and little things which they will do for you to be happy. Never ignore them. 9. Avoid arguments on little things. When you are messed up take a deep breath or hug your partner instead of shouting at them. Cool it out. 10. The most IMPORTANT key are the three F's.        Forgive, Forget and Feel. Forgive their mistakes. Sometime they might do something by mistake forgive them it's ok to forgive. Forget their mistakes to forgive their mistakes you need to forget them first. Make thousands of new memories so that the bad one gets lost. Feel your mistakes and apologize. Here are the 10 keys to a healthy happy relationship. Comment down your reviews. And Love Love.

The lead upto World Cup 2019 Over the last 4 years, since India's exit from the semi final in 2015 world cup, India has made slow, steady but firm strides to increase their chances of having a shot at World Cup 2019. It is evident by the schedule, as they have slated more foreign soil tours as the World cup is going to be held in England.  Many players who were considered pivotal for 2019 world cup at the end of 2015 world cup have faded away, players like Ravichandran Ashwin, Jadeja, Suresh Raina, etc have gone off the reckoning.  A new crop of players emerged for the contention of the playing XI for the prestigious World Cup Title. Let us see the key players whose performances will be crucial for India quest of a record 3rd title. (1983(Kapil Dev) & 2011(M.S Dhoni) - Previous Wins)   #1. Virat Kohli There is no better player than Virat Kohli to guide India to world cup victory. With Rohit as an able vice Captain and the vast experience of M.S Dhoni, Virat has the comfort and luxury of being in the midst of the best minds.  Dhoni and Rohit provide the calmness to an otherwise aggressive nature of Virat, thus providing the right amount of poise and aggression for India. With the form Kohli has been in England, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, one would be wary of him in the world cup. Wide outside the off stump ploy may be adopted for him which has been his past weakness to chase away from the body and give a catch behind the wickets. However, Virat forms the mainstay of the batting line up. His good form overseas makes him the most valuable player in the Eleven. If he perishes early, it will be a big blow to India’s winning a game, especially while chasing. It is very important for Virat to fire in England as the top order is not so good in foreign conditions with the moving ball. He is the technically best equipped batsman, with Dhawan and Rohit mostly known for batting well in sub continent pitches. Though Vijay Shankar, Kedar Jadhav and Dhoni are fruitful and effective players in the middle order, it is important that Virat carries his bat so that the required total is achieved in case of first innings, and it becomes more important that Virat carries his bat, if India chases, as that will more often mean India’s victory. The Numero Uno Batsman would like to stamp his authority once again in England, but this time to win the World Cup for his team.   2. Kedar Jadhav It is very surprising that Kedar Jadhav becomes an important player more because of his bowling ability than his batting, which is his main strength. India missed a partnership breaker after 2015, with Yuvraj out of reckoning due to his age and form. Kedar came into that role with his own peculiar and malinga like angles, and provided India with that partnership breaking bowler in ODI's, which is very important on a stage like World Cup. If the 2 wrist spinners that India employ fail to provide the breakthrough in middle overs, Kedar could roll his arm over to bring that crucial scalp. He boosts the balance of the lineup, by providing middle order stability in batting and flexibility in options in bowling. He is an economical bowler who can be used to contain runs and pick important wickets. In the matches that Kedar played in the last 6 months, Kedar batted well in 2 crucial match situations, one in Australia and another in India, alongside Dhoni to take India home. This augurs well for team India, which is looking for a balanced middle order, in case of a top order stutter, especially during the knockout stages. Kedar has done well to bat maturely along with Dhoni in chases which brings relief to the Indian fans which looked only at Kohli, while chasing during the past couple of years.  However, Kedar still has to bat well in case of chasing above 300 total which is untested till now. Kedar provides the much needed crucial middle order balance for India. 3. Vijay Shankar For a person of Vijay Shankar’s calibre, it did not take long for him to come into reckoning in the World cup side. Though he started off rusty, in the crucial final of Nidahas Trophy by playing dots in the crucial 19th over, India went over the line due to Dinesh Karthik heroics. However, he soon rectified his match pressure situation performance by providing technically sound batting and economical bowling whenever he got a chance after the event of Nidahas. In the match against Australia in 2nd ODI, he proved that he had in him to play at the key moments of the match and bring the desired result by snapping 2 wickets in final over of the match and making India win. Picking up Marcus Stoinis with his first delivery and knocking over Zampa with a perfect yorker shows the maturity he has undergone over the matches. Vijay Shankar also oozed class and technical efficiency in batting in that match before getting out unfortunately. Vijay Shankar will play a pivotal role in the middle order and he must get chances in the upper middle order. Since his technique is very stable and for such a talented batter, he must ideally be played at no. 4 or 5 in batting. If we see the lineup, Kohli is in at 3 and since Dhoni requires some time to adjust, he should play at 4 and Vijay should come at 5. While chasing big totals, Vijay can come at 4 as he can provide that solid start and free flowing runs which Dhoni may not provide in a high scoring chase. 4. Hardik Pandya Hardik Pandya makes his case as an all rounder with his pace bowling and big hitting in the lower order. I personally feel Pandya still has to improve in terms of consistency with his bowling, though he has provided some match winning spells at times. Pandya and Vijay Shankar can provide the cushion in the the fast bowling department by providing additional bowling options in case any of Bumrah, Bhuvi and Shami have an off day. Hardik Pandya's batting role becomes crucial in setting the tone in last overs while batting first. He becomes crucial in chasing high scores because of his lusty hitting ability which we have seen in the IPL 5. Bumrah Searing Yorkers, wily variations, slow full toss, immaculate line & length, name it any, India has found everything a fast bowler needs to possess for being a prime bowler. Bumrah came into the reckoning rather quickly and matured even more quickly and is the leading bowler for India heading to the World cup. For a 25 year old, Bumrah is heading the fast bowling department, that consists of more experienced bowlers like Shami (28) and Bhuvi (29). It is because of his ability to read batsman, produce immaculate line and length at any stage of the match, he is considered the best of the current lot of pace battery, which is why he stands atop the bowling rankings in ODI Cricket and is the prime bowler among the lot. The death over specialist as he is known, Bumrah will be very crucial for India's chances at World Cup victory in case of close games. The way Virat uses Bumrah's overs will invariably be crucial for India's chances of winning in close games. 6. Kuldeep Yadav Kuldeep (24 Years) will be heading the spin department and he too is much younger than Chahal (28 Years) but has taken almost double the wickets than Chahal in 8 more matches than Chahal. He will provide India the much needed check in containing the runs, as well as picking wickets during middle overs either in defending a total or when the opposition is batting first. With his bag full of tricks and exposure to provide India the required wickets or containing runs depending on the situation, he becomes a crucial player for the World Cup 2019. P.S:- One must not forget the Dhoni support to tweakers, DRS (Dhoni Review System) and his support to Kohli during crucial last over thrillers.   Hope India lifts this world cup as India has not 1 Captain but 3 (Kohli, Rohit & Dhoni).  While Kohli has not won a cup, Rohit and Dhoni have won Cups from IPL's and their resources are very well available to Kohli to make India lift the Cup.  Also this current team has a blend of experience and youthfulness which makes it even brighter for India to lift the cup.

I would like to share about an exercise that benefits everyone with good fitness by activating all and most of the body muscles. It is none other than swimming. Recently Indian army made headlines about mysterious huge foot prints in Himalayas They came up with three pictures of foot prints as proof of evidence What did they find? Why it went viral? Whose foot prints they belong to? Its all a mystery to be unfolded soon.Yes, this article is about yeti/snowman. There were many fiction movies, stories, and few heard of real incidents on snowman/ big foot/ yeti - the mysterious creature. There were incidents that shook media late in New Delhi about some mysterious monkey man - a monster known as kala -bandar in mid-2001, that caused hysteria among people. It was strange and unsolved mystery till date. It was on media and many people of certain localities has witnessed it but were unable to capture proper  single image as it was known to be very quick. But this time Indian army with its expedition team has evidence of siting of mysterious foot prints of a beast Unless proved these evidences need special focus of investigations with scientific evidences In nature many interesting things do exists. In natural world all the bipeds walk on 2 limbs should leave 2 foot prints of left and the right, but the pictures show only 1 big foot impressions measuring about 32 x 15 inches brings out the puzzle. Some claim it to be the foot print of Himalayan bears, some claim it could be of a variety of monkey, but some claim it could belong to yeti/ snowman However according to the history, Yeti was sited in the past in the same region of now. This Yeti is assumed to be a snow man, ape-like creature with fur all-over its body, probably, to tolerate extreme cold weather conditions, huge in size according to the foot-print size, heavy in weight like bears. In most of the cartoons like tin-tin, and few other fairy tales yeti was a character made out of assumptions and talks of the local public. However it is quite interesting news about the mysterious creature so far.

The next morning, when Shalini's mortal remains were brought to Akashdeep, it was drizzling but that did not stop the estate workers from the nearby estates, who came in droves to pay  homage which I felt was solely because of Mahesh Anna who was well known and was liked by all, from what I had seen. Shalini hardly had spoken nor cared about anyone either from Akashdeep estate or other neighboring estates. She largely lived and remained in a world of her own make belief. Shalini's parents were inconsolable, remaining close to where her body had been placed. Along with them sat my mother and a few other relatives who had come from nearby places and Vidyakka. Rohit too sat quietly at a distance watching the rituals. Mahesh Anna looked as if he was beyond care or grief. He just moved around like a zombie doing whatever  was asked of him, by the priest. By evening Shalini's body was taken away to the nearest town and cremated. But,Shalini had left behind many many unanswered questions and doubts in all our minds. The police Inspector had come late in the afternoon, asking all of us to be ready next morning for questioning and inquiry. That included my mother and Shalini's parents too. My brother went back, so did the other relatives. To me it seemed to be an endless night as it stretched before us without any clue as to what the future had in store. I hardly slept because I had many confusing thoughts in my mind and unexplained fears that gripped me. It just wouldn't go away no matter what. The next morning proved me right . After The Funeral Inspector Ganesh and two of his subordinates were promptly there at 8 in the morning. They wanted to question Mahesh Anna first but it so happened that he was nowhere to be found but later we came to know that he had gone on his estate rounds along with Arvind and Nanjappa as was his routine, probably to forget the distress of losing his wife by keeping himself busy. So, they began to speak to Shalini's parents and I and my mother sat in the hall and although we could not hear what was being discussed, it looked as if Shalini's mother had a lot to say, which was very evident by her tone and raised voice. Her husband kept protesting every now then, with little success. Rohit and Vidyakka too came just then since they too had been summoned by the police for questioning. So we sat together along with Rohini aunt, wondering what could Shalini's mother be saying ? After nearly 30 minutes the Inspector and his team came out of the office room along with Shalini's parents and the look my aunt gave to all of us was venomous and scary. The Inspector next wanted to speak to Rohini aunt, who went into the office room and was questioned rather interrogated by the inspector for about 15 minutes. After that it was Geeta's turn and I sat with my mother, Vidyakka, Rohit and Rohini aunt, who gave me worried looks. Geeta too after the questioning went back to the kitchen without saying a word but giving me and Rohit an odd look. My mother who noticed the whole thing asked Rohini aunt what  the matter was? Rohini aunt sighed and said that truth will prevail in the end and  not to worry but face the consequences bravely, this, as she looked at me. It was all too much for me to take in and my worry must have reflected on my face because Rohit who was watching all this slowly moved to my side and held my hand just for a brief second before letting go, just as Mahesh Anna and Arvind walked in. Inspector Ganesh asked Mahesh anna if he was ready to answer some questions to which Mahesh anna readily agreed. Later, the Inspector questioned Arvind too. He spoke briefly to my mother and wanted to ask her some more details in private but was called away by his office on some other work. Just before leaving he told us to be ready for questioning the next morning. I felt very disturbed by the look he gave me and Rohit. It was almost as if he was accusing us of crime and I spent the entire evening wondering about that look. Early next morning we had a pleasant surprise and a momentary relief from the oppressive atmosphere and gloom that prevailed  within the house. As we woke up we could see  the garden, the surrounding trees and the entire estate was filled with the twitter and sing song sounds of migratory birds of various kinds and colors, which I was told happened every year during that time.In fact some of the birds were perched up on the balcony railings too. I walked round the gardens and went up the hill behind the houses and could see birds everywhere. It was the most amazing and heavenly sight I had ever seen. My mother, Arvind and Rohini aunt too came later and joined me. Rohini aunt said that although it happened every year she had never come out that far on the hills to witness this glorious and wonderful sight that nature had bestowed on us. As we walked back, I wished we could be as carefree as those birds without having to worry about things that rob us of peace and happiness...but, the sight of Akashdeep was enough to remind me of the  tragedy that engulfed the house, weighing heavily on all of us. As we were nearing the house, Arvind came closer to me and told me to be careful while answering the questions that Inspector Ganesh asked. He said that he himself had been asked  many details about me and also been warned not to divulge any details , again asking me to be careful. This was an added worry to me along with others. Every time Rohit came into my thoughts, my heart ached thinking of the distance this tragedy had created between him and me, we were so helpless. I sat on the veranda and focused my thoughts on everything that happened before and after Shalini died , failing to see how the Inspector or anyone could have any suspicion on or about me. Just then my mother came and sat with me and when I spoke about my fears and what Arvind had just told, she was thoughtful and silent  for a minute... " I feel any doubts the Inspector may have would be because of Rohit and your closeness to him. Shalini too was connected to both of you so probably the Inspector is suspicious. But I feel that you must speak truthfully without any fear and not hide anything from the Inspector because all said and done he is here to solve a crime," and with that she hugged me but I could see that her eyes were worried. That day was going to be hectic with the priest coming to perform some of the ceremonies with Mahesh anna, that is normally conducted before the Shraddha ceremony which is normally conducted on the 11th or the 13th day after death. The Inspector had called Mahesh anna telling him that he would come in the afternoon after lunch which was as well. Morning passed by quickly and just as we finished lunch Rohit came and Inspector Ganesh too with two of his subordinates made their appearance and straight away called my mother into the office room for questioning . She was there for almost 30 minutes and when she came out she looked a bit shaken, she came directly to me and said to me "My child, be brave and don't hesitate to speak the truth and only the truth because I know that you can never harm anyone knowingly or unknowingly .." I looked at Rohit  sitting outside in the veranda watching us keenly. He too looked worried and I had a lump in my throat as I looked at him and our eyes met, thinking  of the times we had spent together. It made me realise a fact of life - " We never really appreciate nor value the happy moments until they become memories..." And I very much wondered whether the few moments that had made me feel so close to Rohit were only going to remain cherished memories? I looked away feeling forlorn and depressed at the very thought. Just then Inspector Ganesh came out and went to where Rohit was sitting and after speaking a words to him, asked him to go with him for questioning and as he passed us I heard him tell Rohit to call Vidyakka and ask her to come since he wanted some details from her as well. Then Inspector Ganesh looked at me and said that he would question me last after finishing with Rohit and Vidyakka .. ( to be continued )
