There is no financial benefit of points except Rs. 50/- to one, Rs. 25/- each to next four and Rs. 10/- each to next five. I don't think moderators need spend any time in controlling the points. There is no revenue distribution, no moderator bonus. There appears no basis for zeal in restricting members from earning points when there is so little at stake. After all, what Ram Baboo can do by adopting any wrong means. Just get Rs. 50/- a week or Rs. 8/- per day.

Don't you need some humorous touch to the forums?
Some humor is good but too much humor is being thrust on us , which becomes irritating !
humor are equally important as the seriousness of the word because if there is no humor there is no interest for the members to read all the comments which are too serious words which makes person more serious in his/her real life too. i think the member should use satire too.
Humor is also a method to express your views. Sometimes, a witty remark or satire says more. Two persons were talking about meaning and limitations of freedom. One person was holding a stick that accidentally touched the belly of the other person. He wittingly said- "Your liberty ends where my belly begins.".

then where goes the freedom of expression of every citizen of India, if the government workers cannot speaks their words in public which they want to say.
A government employee is an important part of the administrative mechanism. He is supposed to be politically neutral and perform his job in accordance with law and departmental rules/ instructions. He is not supposed to express any political preferences- likes or dislikes. A govt. employee cannot even frequently attend public meetings of a particular party. The only right that a govt. employee can exercise is right of vote. But even then he must not indicate to others how he voted.
This is what is contained in conduct rules. As long as one is in govt. service, it is necessary to observe political neutrality for sake of smooth governance.
You are right sir but how many employees are following code of conduct. Here in my city collector said to some persons, What congress give you, Madam, (CM of Rajasthan) Completed sugar mill with in 12 months. These are words of DC.
Unfortunately, state govt. employees are being misused by ruling parties. The employees quickly switch their loyalty on change of ruling party. In U.P. also, police and other state govt. employees are used by the ruling party for partisan ends. But the moment some other party comes to power, the employees will switch their loyalty. For this, politicians are to blame more. Employees are just poor fish.

Kalyani Nandurkar replied to the topic Advantages and Disadvantages of R.O. water..
R.O. filteration removes most vital minerals from the water and our habit of drinking such water is having an effect on our immune system. An old family medicine doctor we know also feels that lack of drinking water in its natural form is also causing B12 deficiency.

If you want an answer to that you need to go through the previous posts which is the norm in any discussion site, not just make posts for the sake of doing so..
thanks for your suggestion
See you are doing it again, exactly what everyone is complaining about. Now do not reply to this post but make sure you read the topic first and others' opinions before making meaningless comments.

Yes I read it. RO water purifier also waste enough water during purification.
Out of raw water only 30 % get purified and 70 % got wasted. In my house we use buckets to collect this waste water and use to fill in coolers and for washing other things.
Beside of wasting water R.O. also removes important minerals from water which are necessary for our health. The minerals or any thing larger than water molecule is removed from raw water.
