True. It's high time Administrator should come up openly for an interaction with the members. If there are any financial problems in running the site, they should be shared with the Members.Only then, the misconceptions and suspicions will be wiped off.
When we all here sharing our problems that why administration is hesitating to write here. It is my believe if management have any problem we all help them as possible.

What happen with whistle blowers, was not possible without support of police and politicians. In India police is to create fear in common peoples and to serve and entertain politicians and powerful peoples.

The police harassment part is being unnecessarily exaggerated. Lot of it is hearsay. A man is dying and you will not help him because you might be called to court a couple of times to collaborate your statement. Only insensitive persons can think and talk like this. If you do not want to help do not do it but do not justify your inaction under cover of police harassment.

It is sanitised persons like Rambabu who feel that youth will get spoiled if they see what he does not want to see. Imagine in today's times not watching current movies but going all the way to see already seen yester year films. Do what you like but why preach others.

Gulshan Kumar Ajmani replied to the topic Seventh pay commisson.
Let me elaborate my point that there is not much gain from pay commission. The fitment formula is 2.58 times the pay/pension fixed on 1.1.2006. Even without seventh pay commission report, the employees are getting 2.25 times the pay/pension fixed on 1.1.2006. This is because the rate of dearness allowance on 1.1.2106 is 125%. With the seventh pay commission pay scale/ pension, there will be no D.A. on 1.1.2006 as the entire D.A. stands merged. So the benefit is meager 0.33 times.
But the employees may benefit other way. As the basic pay is more, other allowances will increase. The amount of increment will also increase. The Pay commission has suggested a formula for parity between old and new pensioners similar to one rank one pay army but this is being considered infeasible. A committee has been appointed to give feasibility report. It is not understandable how some thing is feasible for army and infeasible for civilians.
Those enrolled from 2004 have another issue. They are not entitled to pension as old employees are. For them there is new pension scheme which is really like mutual fund investment and the pension is not related to last pay as in case of old pension scheme. There is strong demand for scrapping the new pension scheme and introducing the old pension scheme. It may also be pointed out that the armed forces and para military forces are still entitled to old pension and the new pension scheme is not introduced for them.

Film is just one media. The other media- internet and paper magazines also contain lot of lewd and obscene material. Before the arrival of internet on the scene, there were many footpath stalls selling adult content novels and books. However the youth are not really spoiled as we fear. They also know that such material is just a small enjoyment and that too not healthy. The youth are involved in cultural and sports activities in spite of such material. It is more necessary to promote healthy literature and movies rather than blame the particular segment, which is also bound to stay and cater to interest of some.

Madam has talked about two recent incidents. However, we need to examine why such behavior is the order of the day. It is sheer common sense and a fact of life that the police are so insensitive and literally harass the poor people who help the victim or even take them to the hospital. The endless trial in such cases will call for the witness to be present each time in the court.
Am told that in the USA, there is a huge protection to all such people who go all out to help the victims of such horrible crimes. It is said that there is even monetary help for such people, who would turn out to be witnesses.
Perhaps our laws need to be amended and we also need the same kind of protection. Only then will things change.

Sir, I do agree with the view that all movies will not have a corrupting influence. The main point is the movies that show how a very ordinary guy with very modest background, goes about chasing a very educated and cultured girl, literally buying her "love", stage after stage, through sympathy or whatever.
Most Tamil Cinema heroes look like servers in hotels and roadside romeos who have no other work, except to chase girls. This is the kind of movies that I am talking about. We should do something to ensure that such harmful movies with a hugely distorted, unnatural and totally male-dominated view of "love" do not get released at all. Perhaps some social organizations can even go to court to stop this menace.
Only then can we open up the larger debates of how such ridiculous movies badly influence young men. I hope I have made the point very clear. In fact, in one of my articles I had talked about how movies such as "Kakka Muttai", which is a superbly crafted story about two slum children wanting to eat a pizza, are exactly the kind of realistic movies needed to at least keep society from taking to bad habits. Reform of society may not be so easily possible, but let us do our best.
