Be it an Industrialist's daughter or an influential Politician's son, Offenders of law should be Booked. But sadly, it's not happening so in this country. The fact is, Law is not for the people. It's only for the rich who can buy the law. A request to AB. Siva kumar. After posting a thread, make yourself available for interaction with the members. Yes it is right here law is slave of riches. On last Sunday in Jaipur Son of MLA killed 3 persons with his  BMW car. But MLA said that what may be evidence and eye witness my son is innocent. Like Salman Khan he also present one person before police that I was driving the car, but eye witness and other evidence is saying that at that time driver was not in car. Finger prints on steraing and blood that find in car is of MLA' s son.  Law is blind. What all it needs is witnesses and proofs. Rich and influential can easily buy the witnesses for a price. I agree with you that  that Law is a slave to the rich. Law is not for the poor. Most of peoples know the end results of this case, it will like Salman Khan's hit ans run case and Sanjeev Nand's case. It is disappointing thing that in future this type of person will be our respected MLA, MP or ministers. yeah very true, as we all know that salman khan was the culprit but just because of his money and power he is now free from all the charges which was on him, and this case is the worst example in our society now everyone is thinking who is the son of big shot that whatever happened to them they will be saved just because they have money.

But how many know about these facilities. Despite this, " Urgency " of Medical attention  has to be seen. In case of fatal accidents, death  may occur within minutes. In such accidents, , I have seen once a kindhearted , took the Victim in his car to a Primary Health Center .The Doctor on duty informed the Police. Till the police arrived, the victim was not given any medical help resulting in his death. Provisions are there. But meaningless formalities are the real reason for more deaths in Road accidents. Yes it is bitter truth of our system. i think strong laws should be made to protect the victim of road accident. first of all the victim should be given a medical facility instead of getting inspection by the police officer or by the doctor. we people should also help a person in pain instead of neglecting them just because we will become part of police investigation.

beside negative influence let me discuss the good part of cinema and which is too very good for the society, film like Baghban starring AMITABH which is one of the master piece in film industry, i think it is a good lesson for the society. But whatever we do it depends on ones mentality to observe and do in their real life.

It's high time Administrator should come up openly for an interaction with the members. If there are any financial problems in running the site, they should be shared with the Members.Only then, the misconceptions and suspicions will be wiped off. When we all here sharing our problems that why administration is hesitating to write here. It is my believe if management have any problem we all help them as possible. yeah i think we all are ready to help admin to safe this website, if he has any problem related to running this site.

I had an embarrassing incident sometime back. I carry a lunch box everyday to school and we keep it on a shelf in the staff room. Once I had very little time to finish my lunch since I had some other work which I had to finish before the lunch period, so hurried and picked up what I thought was my lunch box and started eating , wondering when I had prepare lime rice ? Normally I take chapatis or sandwiches ..Just then one of the male teacher who was known as a stiff neck by all of us came in, saw me eating and started laughing . It was his lunch box that I had started to eat from and both lunch boxes were similar in color ! I dint now where to look, apologised to him and complimented him for the food and asked him whether he would eat my packed lunch which he readily agreed to ! Now I have painted my name on the lunch box .

I don't mince words nor hide facts, since I am from Mangalore I know a bit about ground realities . On the other hand you obviously being a Congress supporter and Sonia Bhakt may not relish the hard hitting facts most of which I am not sharing here. However, since almost everybody here had the greatest regard for Ganapathy that things will not be let t rest unlike before when DC Ravi died under similar circumstances in Kolar and DYSP Kallappa in Chikmagalur , again under similar circumstances and all blaming George , what does one make of it ? A party that tolerates a corrupt politician like George and Congress Vice President praises him soon after Ravis suicide shows the levels to which the [arty and its leadership has fallen..

What about the RPF, that was ever present in the Station ? The Photo in the article shows a Police was standing nerby. And there are spectators in the Nungambakkam Station. The Techie's parents asked a straight forward question. "Why the Body of the victim was lying unattended for Two Hours "? http://www.thenewsminute.com/article/why-was-her-body-lying-platform-two-hours-devastated-family-murdered-chennai-techie-45404

@ Vijay Read the link article. Many startling facts came in to light. It started with Anupama Shenoy, quickly followed by a series of suicides by Senior Police officers.Dy. Superintendent, M. K Ganapathy,  who in his suicide note clearly mentioned Senior Congress Minister K. J George, his son and senior officials are responsible for his Suicide. The reason according to the diseased  is he has investigated Church Attacks in Mangaluru  in 2008. This has invited wrath of the Congress leaders. Facts are revealed. Nothing is fiction. And who doesn't know about Congress ? I request you to read the Link Article.

When there is accident and humans life is involved the police is required to build up the sequence of events, They naturally will rely on eye witnesses versions. If they feel it is a hassle and needless formalities etc then how can the police do its job.

When I went to Guruvayoor, in Kerala some time ago, after the Darshan ,  my wife wanted to do some shopping. We started and were enjoying the various articles made of Copper and Brass displayed. Suddenly, my wife stopped at a shop, where a variety of  Arte facts made of Copper were on display. Not knowing about her stoppage at the shop, I was moving ahead, explaining the Importance of Guruvayoor and the main deity of Guruvayoor in an exciting way in Telugu, all the while thinking that my wife was walking along with me. After moving further, I found many people staring at me. I was astonished to see the people staring at me. I stopped  and looked back. Another Pilgrim, who was just behind me said in broken Telugu, pointed towards my wife, who was keenly examining the Idol of Guruvaoorappa. It was only then, I understood , why those people stared  at me. They thought that I was a madcap talking with myself. I was really embarrassed.
