No Laws in Science are complete.Science is always partial.Everything in science come to end when uncertainity occur.For example, Newton's Laws Of Motion are inapplicable in the case of  very small object with a very high velocity due to the uncertainity in momentum.Thus  uncertainity is the boundary between Science and The Secrets Of Nature.So let us call it God.
