As we know that mother milk is one of best gift for any child. It creates a strong relationship between a mother and child and also protects the child from many diseases.

Calcium – 7-72 milligram %

Vitamin A – 200-500 international unit/100c.c.
Vitamin B – 2-4 international unit/100c.c.

Responsibilities of feeding mothers
The feeding mother’s should not have the habit of drinking and smoking, because these products can harm the health of new born baby and also decrease the production of milk.
It is good if the mother take proper rest and some light exercise as it maintain her stamina.
Do not feed the baby in hurry.
Eat healthy diet and also take lot of liquid contents in your diet.
Precautions while feeding your baby
Always support your baby’s head with your arms while feeding.
First feed the baby for 5-5 minutes (single feed) after ten days increase the time limit up to 10 minutes (single feed).
Do not feed the baby if you are suffering from any communicable disease (tuberculosis, epilepsy, cancer)
Do not try to insert the nipple forcefully inside the baby’s mouth or pull out it very gently from the baby’s mouth.
Always remember that feeding a baby is the first duty of every mother. It is also good for mother as she also feel relaxed after feeding the milk.
But if in some cases the amount of milk is not sufficient or it is not suited to your baby than it is good if you give cow milk to your baby as it is also very light to digest.
