India is a Nation of Nations.It is the largest Muti-Cultural,Multi-Lingual society in the world.If unity is not forget among these diversities,India cannot survive as a Nation.In the past,India suffered many invasions,those at the hands of the Moguls,the British and the French because of its inherent weakness,lack of unity.The invaders exploited the lack of unity among the Indian people to their advantage.

Most of the current day Politicains also do the something.They try to divide the people along caste and communal lines,along lines of linguistic nationalities or regions.This may pay rich returns to the political vested interests.But these are only short terms gains.In the longer run such divisive politics will affect the very fabric of this great democracy.

We need National Integration to defend our freedom,Our Democracy and our Soveregnity.Many external forces are operating in the Indian Sub-Continent and division among the Indian People will only be advantageous to such forces.To Strengthen National Integration we have to educate people in the great human virtues of mutual tolerance and collective existence.There is a threat to India's national integration from casteist and communal elements,and linguistic and regional chavinism.We have to defend the integration of this nation by promoting mutual trust and goodwill.
