Swine flu, the latest terror of the world which results in severe illness to even death hence it is high time to know about this deadly disease its mode of propagation, symptoms and preventive measures to be taken in order to get rid of this deadly disease. Swine flu as most of people know is due to the Infuenza Virus (H1N1). The most common prey for this virus is obviously pigs. People having frequent exposure to pigs are most easy prey for the Swine influenza but we cannot say that transmission of H1N1 from pigs to people as most common and lead to human influenza. Swine influenza is epidemic in nature it may also spread from one person to another person by air, water etc.
Symptoms of Swine Flu:
The most common symptoms of Swine flu are as follows, fever, respiratory illness(nasal congestion, rhinorrhea), fatigue, lack of appetite , coughing, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, headace and tiredness. People having this some of this abnormalities or all of the above mentioned are likely to get tested for the flu very well in advance as ignorance may lead to fatal.
Prevention:
As it is well said that ‘Prevention is better than cure’ let us have some insight into the prevention techniques, use a safety mask to cover whenever you go out , wash your hands frequently, take bath twice to get rid of deadly virus, have a cup of lemon juice a day, avoid unnecessary meetings and gatherings as the virus will spread fast in these kind of circumstances even in Air-conditioned room. Children and old age people are taken special care as they are easily prone for this virus. Though vaccines are available for swine flu, the best thing is to get the medical help as soon as possible as it may lead to severe illness even death as the vaccination strategies that are readily available are not that much reliable.
