This has become common problem in people. By having healthy food and performing exercises are the best solutions for this weight problem.

Till then it is ok but this great look will be for few days only, because how fast the weight got reduced that much fast the weight they gaining. Most of the girls are performing yoga, aerobics, dancing and performing exercises until they get married. After marriage again they put on weight. Having soft drink is not good as they do not provide any health to the body. Instead of such drinks it is good to eat fruits. Due to consumption of fruits they is chance to get recover from the health problems like type 2 diabetes and cancer. It is good to have the food which contains proteins and mineral that is all grams, dal, rice, soya, egg and etc. We should give importance for the food which contains more fiber like oats, sprouts, and seeds. Our body contains 50 to 60% of water. The food which we eat, will be distributed in our body through water. So we should not neglect in having water.

2)If we do exercises for 40 minutes then 400 calories will be reduced.
3)1400 calories are necessary for a person, there is no need to take more than 1400 calories
How be alert while taking food:
1)Eating food by watching tv and reading books will lead to over weight problem.
2)When your mind is not good then your should eat food.
3)It is not good to take decision for not eating few things like sweets and all. Due to this, you interest on those food items will increase.
4)If there is need to go to a occasion for having food then you need have light food on that day before the occasion. That is if you are going to dinner then you have to take lunch lightly
5)If you feel like eating more then concentrate on exercises then your mind will divert.
