Hair is an important part of the body which gives beauty to us and which is the reason for the people to recognize us. Every person wants to have beautiful hair as we get good look due to hair and by seeing hair we can estimate the health condition of the person. So lets us see few tips and reasons.
1. Prevention exercise for hair fall problem:
a. Sit on the ground. Stretch your legs forward. Then bend forward and stretch your hands also forward then try to touch your toes without bending your knees and you even try to touch your knees with your forehead.
By practicing this exercise the blood near the nerves of the hair get refreshed and circulation will be done well. There will be good growth in hair and hair get strengthen. Finally hair falling gets reduces.
b. For controlling hair fall, soak and warm hibiscus leaves in oil and apply that oil to your hair. This gives a good result.
2. Remedy for dandruff problem:
a. Soak the fenugreek seeds in water before night. Then paste them finely and apply them to your hair. After 20 minutes wash your hair thoroughly. Like this if you do for a month, dandruff problem will be controlled.
b. Try to wash your hair twice a week.
c. Stop having more fried and spicy food.
3. Make hair silky and shine:
a. Before washing your hair, apply oil so that after hair wash your hair will be smooth and silky.
b. Before washing your hair apply oil and then curd, after one hour wash your hair thoroughly. Then your hair looks silky and shiny as if you have used conditioner to your hair. Actually curd is a good conditioner to hair.
c. Mix white egg yolk and 2 spoons of water and apply on your oil applied hair. Then after one hour wash your hair thoroughly. There will be a good result. Your hair will look so silky, shiny and healthy.
d. White yolk of egg is a best conditioner for hair.
e. Applying Besan to hair and if we wash it with the water which the rice cooked will make your hair healthy and shiny.
f. Applying aloe vera gel also smoothen your hair and makes your hair shiny.
4. What to do to your hair and what not to do to your hair:
a. Try to comb your hair finely with big teeth of the comb finely.
b. Comb your hair gently.
c. Don’t keep your hair always tied up. Sometimes leave them freely.
d. Never leave your hair wet as wetness causes dandruff.
e. Never expose your hair at dusty places and to sun.
f. Use different shampoos may cause damage to your hair. So observer which shampoo suits to your hair and stick to that shampoo only.
g. Whenever you eat, think about your hair and then if it is good for your hair then only consume.
h. For having healthy hairs try to have fresh vegetables, fruits and fruit juices.
i. Try to have more water. So that due more consumption of water your hair will be soft and healthy.
j. Don’t wash your hair overly as your hair becomes dry and unhealthy.
k. For having best growths of your hair try have food which contains e-vitamin.
l. According to your weight hair growth will be. So try to consult a doctor or beautician to know how much weight your must maintain.
m. Always keep your hair neat and clean and well combed.
n. Don’t use more pins to pin your hair as pins cut your hair.
o. Try to do meditation as meditation reduces stress and gives relief to your mind as hair falling is mostly due to stress.
p. While washing and while combing your hair, handle your hair gently.

s. Don’t use more cosmetic like hair spray, hair shiner, conditioners etc as they harm your hair.
t. Avoid dying your hair. If you want to dye then dye occasionally. Even dying also causes damage to your hair.
u. Never color your hair. This causes infection, hair damage and hair fall.
v. When you visit salon or beautiparlour for hair styling try to take your own things. Don’t let the hair styler or beautician to use the things which are in the parlor or salon as those things are used one of the people who have visited before you. So if those things used to you then there may be a chance of getting hair problem of that person to which those things are used.
w. For a better growth of your hair and better look try to trim your hair at least once in 2month.
x. Try to avoid having oily food. This causes oiliness in your hair.
y. Try to wash your hair regularly twice a week or else there is a chance of forming oil in your hair and this leads to infection or dandruff problem.
z. Doing Massage with a warm oil to the scalp of the hair will control hair falling & Dandruff and help in growth of hair
aa. Try to avoid using hair drier as it damages the hair.

cc. Washing hair with cold water is good for hair so that hair will good and smooth. But if you wash your hair with warm or hot water then your hair soon become dry and unhealthy.
dd. Try to have the food which contains vitamin A and c that is spinach, broccoli which helps in producing sebum glands for your hair which protect your hair and keeps your hair smooth and shiny.
