In today’s world, where stress is a part and parcel of our lives, it is becoming more and more important to be mentally healthy and strong. We can not change the adverse situations, nor can we dissociate from the rest of the world but we can take some time out for ourselves everyday in order to relax, rejuvenate and recharge everyday. 2. Leisurely walks- breathe in fresh air early morning before you kick start for the day.
3. Listen to good music- soothing music has a very calming effect.
4. Spend some 'quality time' with family - Have a good time with your loved ones everyday, nothing is more pleasurable than spending some precious moments with family.
5. Chill out with friends – have a good laugh with real friends, forget all worries.
6. Just do what you like- play a game of badminton, read a nice book, soak in the bathtub for half an hour, get a good head massage or simply read a motivating article on Boddunan…anything that makes you feel good.
