Water is one of the most important nutrients and it is easily accessible.
May be because of its easy accessibility many of us don’t know understand its importance.
Our overall body is two- third water and it considered as second only to oxygen for life.
Human body is completely dependent on water during its every phase.

Firstly, water is very important for us in regulating our body temperature during perspiration.

Thirdly, it provides a moist environment for all body cells and tissues.

It also helps in maintaining the body the weight that is if you feel hungry you can drink some water and feel better for time being.
Water is most important part of your daily body functions so it is always good to replenish it. Human body loses 2 to 3 quarts of water each day through sweating, urination, and breathing.
If you do exercise then your body will lose more water than normally.
It is generally suggestible to drink 8 -10 cups of water daily

Therefore we must find a better way to consume lot of water. For example, to increase water consumption you can add lime or lemon to water.
Eating food that has higher water content like cucumber, watermelon etc.
So, increase your water consumption level to stay healthy and fit.
