By leaning on the chair while sitting and stretching the legs on stool, people feel they are comfortable enough. But they don’t know this comfort ability will lead to different spinal cord problems. So to avoid such problems experts have suggested some advices to follow.
- The chair should not be very high or very low in size, it should be in medium.
- While sitting in the chair our spinal cord should touch spindle of the chair.
- If it is a wide chair then you need to place a cushion at the spindle so that spinal cord pains won’t occur.
- While resting in the chair, we should keep neck in straight position.
- Don’t ever work continuously working by resting on the chair try to take a break by moving out forever 1 hour.
- While working continuously lift your shoulders for every 5 seconds
- Move your neck in all directions roundly so that there will be no occurrence of stress on the spinal cord for the people who work on computer for hours.
- The people who work by standing for hours, their body weight will be on their legs. So they should sit at least for every hour. Then their legs will be relived from the stress of body weight.
- While lifting heavy things from the floor, do not bend your hip so that there will be no stress on the spinal cord and you should best your knees.
