4.Get good amount of sleep.
How much rest and sleep you take shows on your skin. If you have a busy lifestyle and get very less sleep daily then it will harm the skin and it will remove the inner glow of skin. It has been always seen that the people who get good amount of sleep their skin is glowing.
5. Do yoga and exercising.
Doing yoga and exercising are useful for skin. When we exercise we sweat it helps in removing the dirt and the impurities from the skin.
