Ingredients:
- Broken rice rava - 1 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dhal - 1 tsp
- Red chillies - 2
- Grated ginger - little
- Green chillies - 2
- Curd - 1 1/2 cup
- Oil - As per need
- Salt - As per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
2. When mustard seeds sputters out add urad dhal till it becomes golden brown.
3. Then add red chillies, grated ginger, green chilles and fry.
4. Add the broken rice rawa and 3 cups of water.
5. Add the required salt and wait till the rice rava is cooked well.
6. When it looks like the upma switch off the flame.
7. Make kozhakattas out of this and soak it in curd and serve it.
