Hi friends in this article let us see how to prepare Panner egg masala.I think it would be a new recipe as many of us have only tried Panner Butter masala.Its also very simple to prepare and tastes good.
Ingredients:
250gms Paneer
2nos Onions
1no Tomatoes
4nos Eggs, hard boiled
4flakes Garlic
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
¾ tsp Garam Masala
¾ tsp Pepper powder
¾ tsp Chili powder
4 tbsp Ghee
Salt as per requirement
Directions to cook:
step1 First cut the paneer into small pieces and fry it in little ghee till the colour changes to pale gold. Drain and set aside.
step2 Now heat 2 tbsps. ghee and fry the chopped onion and garlic to a golden brown colour.
step3 Then add all the spices with the except garam masala and fry slightly then add the tomatoes and cook till ghee separates.
step4 At this time add 1 cup water and cook till dry, then mash to a smooth paste with the help of a wooden spoon.
step5 Again add 1 cup more of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and put in paneer and eggs.
step6 Now allow it to cook in sim condition for about 8-10 minutes.
step7 Serve hot garnished with garam masala and coriander leaves.
