Ingrediants
Rice - 1 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1 1/2cup finely chopped
Myda - 1 cup
Elachi powder - 1 pinch
Finely chopped coconut - 2 spoons
Oil - according to the need
Preparation time - 10minutes
cooking time - 10minutes
Process-
Take boil.
Add some rice in it then add some water.
Let it soak for 2 hours.
After 2 hours remove water from rice.
Now take this rice and chopped jaggery.
Then grind them finely .
If necessary add little amount of water.
Then add myda, finely chopped coconut, elachi powder and mix them thoroughly.
So this mixture should be in a very slipperly form as we prepare mixture for boori.
Now take a banana leaf or polithin cover and apply Ghee to it.
take some mixture on to the banana leaf or polithin cover.
then spread the mixture on that leaf or politin cover.
Now take another bowl.
Place it on the stove.
Add some oil in it.
Let it get heated.
Now drop the mixture which your spread on the leaf or polithin cover in the oil.
Fry it until it turns golden brown in color.
Then take it into serving bowl.
therefore Theepi appam is ready.

Only south Indian People prepare these especially in occations.Theepi appam is very sweetish yummy taste. We should not forget to filter jaggery syrup.
