Ingredients:
Green gram – ½Kg
Black eye peas – 1/2Kg
Millet – 100g
Bajra -100g
Rice – 100g
Salt – according to the taste
Oil – according to the need
Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 15 minutes
Process –
soak rice powder in water before day.
Soak Green gram, Black eye peas, millet, and bajra in separate bowl by adding water.
After they get completely soaked, tie all the soaked ingredients in separate cloths.
Wait until the sprouts come out.
After they sprouts come out, grind them with soaked rice.
Now add salt and water in the mixture.
Make the mixture in the form of dosa mixture.
We can make this mixture as dosa
Therefore Sprouts dosa is ready.
About Sprout dosa -
Sprout dosa is a different kind of dish. This contains many vitamins proteins and minerals as we used the sprouted green gram, black eye peas, millet, and bajra. This very health giving food.
