2.Aloe Vera is not suitable for pregnant women and in some women it also effects the normal menstrual cycle.
3.Overdosage- Overdosage of Aloe Vera is very harmful so it should be only taken as prescribed. Over dosage can also cause dehydration.
4. Not suitable to Children- Aloe Vera is not suitable to be given to Children.
