We should take food according to our age. For the digestion of proteins, seeds, meat it takes 4 hours time , It takes 3 hours for the food made of Maida to digest, it take 4hours to digest sweets but for the digestion sprouts it takes 2 hours of time. Having same kind of food daily does not create any problem. When you make changes in your diet then we may face problems. We should take sprouts more before having food or after food. If so, then you stomach will get tighten and even it may pain also. So we should have sprouts by washing thoroughly and in limited quantity. We should have only the fresh sprouts. We should not have the sprouts which are stored one as they contain fungus and bacteria. If such sprouts are taken then it may lead to indigestion, motions, vomiting and few more health problems.
Some people take food by mixing sprouts and meat. This may take more time for digestion or even it may lead to indigestion problem also. So It is suggested to take sprouts one or two hours before you take meals. While having sprouts we should chew them finely so that there will be easy digestion. It is good to cook sprouts on steam instead of cooking directly. The sprouts which are cooked on steam are better for health then the sprouts cooked directly.
We should have peas, chana sprouts in less quantity. It is good to have sprouts by mixing lime juice or black salt and they even are tasty with these 2 combinations. These both lime juice and black salt help sprouts to get digest easily. For having best digestion, add vamm in warm water and after some time take that water which vamm is placed.
Precautions:
We should avoid the food which contains calcium and phosphate. For better digestion robusta (raw Banana) curry is good. This helps in melting the kidney stones. Even the juice of onions, coconut water and barly helps the stones to go out of the kidney and come out of our body. The seeds of water melon, cucumber are taken then the kidney problem will be in control. We should avoid taking Palak (Spinach), tomato, beat root, coffee, tea, chocolate, salt, and meat, items made of milk, lime, bread fruits, cabbage, and beans. Among these if any 2 of the items should not be cooked. They should be cooked separately in less quantity.
Butter milk must be taken daily.
