Back Workout Routine#1
Reserve Grip Lats Pull downs
Position yourself on the lat machine and grab the bar in the reverse position with your hand and shoulder width apart. Then pull the bar downwards up to your middle of the chest position. And then slowly return to the start position.
Back Workout Routine#2
Bent over Barbell Rows
Grab a barbell bend forwards with your chest leaning forward and also bend your knees. Hold the barbell with your overhand with the shoulder width grip. Start with your arms fully extended and then row the barbell onto your stomach. Return slowly to the normal position to complete one repetition. Make sure to keep your head up and shoulder and back stable.
Back Workout Routine#3
Pull ups
Grab the pull up bars and simply lift your body as high as possible. Return to the start position and repeat until failure.
Back Workout Routine#4
Seated Cable Rows
Position yourself in a cable row machine and grasp the row with both hands. Then row the handle into your stomach area. And then slowly return to the normal position to complete one repetition.
Back Workout Routine#5
T Bar Rows
Grab the T bar resting your torso onto the T bar bench holding the bar with your shoulder grip. Then slowly row the bar as much high as possible and then return to the normal position slowly.

Wide Grip Behind the Neck Pull down
Position yourself on the lat machine and grab the bar with an overhand grip with the hands as much apart as possible according to your body type. And next pull the bar downwards behind the neck and then slowly return to the normal position.
