OMG.....this as is real as it can get...the war scene...the noise....the artillery..the guns.......the tactics......the pain....
this keeps u glued to it for the whole 50 mins....i couldnt take my eyes off the screen even for a minute...it was amazing....loved the uniforms too....its not like ur bollywood war movie.....except border.....(i like this one).....this is soo damn real.....
it shows y we should respect our war heroes....n how death is like a bullet away from em....10/10

Cloverfield (2008)
The effects are amazing, the acting (unknown actors)r pretty gud... making the movie all the more convincing to the very end...the whole movie is taken in video camera..bit shaky at times..neway...it gives a diff experience..

Adaptation - 2002
Adaptation is a very well written film starring Nicholas cage, Meryl Streep and Tilda Swinton etc. Adaptation in a certain way is like Stranger Than Fiction .. in the end both movies subconsciously aspire the viewer to write, and write damn well, which interestingly the movie isn't all about.
Adaptation excel in its writing .. however i am not a Nicholas Cage fan, i am still not impressed with him but still subjectively he acted well [ but just not enough to suit my taste] .. Meryle Streep was fine, not good enough either.
Anyone can skip this movie for sure easily, but if you are interested in watching a good screenplay just like Stranger Than Fiction [which btw in comparison i liked more] this might be a treat for you.

All the stunt work is gorgeous..boat stunts,car stunts,robberies...etc keeps u thrilled..The cast include Mark Wahlberg, Charlize Theron, Donald Sutherland , Jason Statham,Seth Green , Mos Def and Edwin Norton...even though t movie lacks a central idea,its a pleasant to watch...

They decide to separate them by sending one of them to south Africa .The girls , with their unstable mind , decides to take revenge .
Few people may like such movies but i feel sick watching movies with gay/lesbian contents & too much of violence . This movie is suppose to be inspired from a true story back in 1950's but i din't like it !

The Manchurian Candidate(1962)
Well this one is probably one of the finest political thrillers I have seen based on the Cold War era..the thrills,the excitement in the film is unbeatable..there has been a remake version of this but nothing can beat this classic..both Sinatra and Harvey were awesome in their roles..
Plot:
A former Korean War POW is brainwashed by Communists into becoming a political assassin. But another former prisoner may know how to save him.
There is lot more to the film than is apparent from the plot,the dream sequences are quite chilling and some of them later on hold forth and not to say of the climax,brilliant and a bit unexpected but that was how it could have ended.
Rating-9/10.

This is a memorable film of sort..great treatment and rocksolid performances from the lead actors. Jaye Reno was terrific..perfect facial expressions loved his expression when mathilda wrote him a letter sayin she has gone to "clean" herself.Natalie portman was superb and accurate as a child actor and emoted brilliantly in some very sensitive scenes...there isnt much of a plot..its a situational story...and the film takes off from thre...though on the downside i thought the film was very slow in parts..specially after mathilda's family got murdered the screenplay was excruciatingly slow for a bit...but through out jay reno's acting was the brightest spot...thot music cudv been better they more or less played the same music thoughout the film..the finish was great. overall very good film.

iv seen the plagiarized hindi verison "Bichoo" which wasnt too bad actually rani mukherjee breathed some life into her characters and bobby deol was fair. of course no comparison with Leon.

The Mist (also known as Stephen King's The Mist), is a 2007 American horror film based on the 1980 novella of the same name by Stephen King. The film is written and directed by Frank Darabont who had previously adapted Stephen King's work (The Shawshank Redemption and The Green Mile). Darabont had been interested in adapting The Mist for the big screen since the 1980s. The film features an ensemble cast including Thomas Jane, Nathan Gamble, Marcia Gay Harden, Laurie Holden, Toby Jones, Andre Braugher, Frances Sternhagen, and Sam Witwer.
Darabont began filming The Mist in Shreveport, Louisiana in February 2007. The director revised the ending of the film to be darker than the novella's ending, a change to which Stephen King was amicable. Unique creature designs were also sought to differ from creatures in past films. The Mist was commercially released in the United States and Canada on November 21, 2007. The Mist performed well at the box office and received generally positive reviews.
Although a monster movie, the central theme is what ordinary people will be driven to do under extraordinary circumstances. The plot revolves around members of the small town of Bridgton, Maine who conceal themselves in a local supermarket when a violent thunderstorm cuts off the power. While they struggle to survive an unnatural mist which envelops the town and conceals vicious otherworldly monsters, extreme tensions arise amongst the survivors.
