Procedure:
A.) Creating Pattern- Star.
1.) Open a new document.
2.)Draw any color filled stars using the ' custom shape tool '. Instead of drawing them in an order, draw them in various places closely positioned.
3.)Select a shape and fill it with gradient using blending options(right click the shape layer to use the blending option) and use the style as diamond or any.
4.)Right click the shape layer where gradient is applied, and select, copy layer style.
5.)Right click any shape layer and select the option, 'select similar layers' so that all the shape layers are selected and slect, 'paste layer style'. Now all the shapes have same style.
6.)Now for background, select the background layer , right click and select, 'layer from background' and use blending options and fill any gradient to it.
you can also create custom gradients by clicking new option in gradient box and select suitable colors.
7.)Now crop the document to remove the excess white area.
8.) Select, Edit > Define pattern and give a name for the pattern and close the document as the pattern is saved.

B.)Creating Title :
1.) Open a new document with background as black and foreground as white( not necessarily these colors but for differentiation purpose)
2.)Type any text,in this example,'STAR' such that the text color is white. Choose a font which is wider so that the pattern when filled, can be visible properly.
3.)Now create a copy of the text, using CTRL+J (first select text layer). Hide the text layer.Use the copy of tect layer.
4.)Right click the copy of the Text layer and select 'rasterize type'.
5.) Use, Select menu > color range and select the text so that the entire text in white is selected. This is the suitable option for selection because it is an ordinary rasterized layer.
6.)Now, right click layer and select Blending options, and use the following settings :
(a) Pattern Overlay > Select the pattern created above and scale it to 27 %
(b) Bevel > Select > style- Inner bevel, Technique - chisel soft, Depth-411 %, Direction-up, size- 172, soften-16px. and options-default.
(c) Stroke > Select > size-10px, position- outside, Blend mode-normal, opacity-100%, gradient-'medium spectrum', style-linear, scale-53 %. and select ok.
C.) Background:
1.)Select the Background layer and rasterize it or create a new layer and fill it with color.
You can have plain background because the text is filled. But, too plain may not be satisfactory, so let us add light so that it matchs with the theme also.
2.) Select, Filter menu > Render > Lens flare and use the default settings or increase the size if you want BUT, position it in top right corner.
3.) Select the Filter menu > Lens flare ( last filter option) so that lens flare is applied again using same settings and brightness is increased.
Similarly, you can make different themes with different styles.
