Matter destroyed or converted.
We know that matter is anything that has "mass" and occupy space. Now according to E=mc2, mass can be converted to energy and energy can also be converted to mass.
If we destroy some mass, doesn’t it conflict with the law of conversation of energy? Which states that net energy of universe is conserved because we can define mass in terms of energy?
If matter can be destroyed or not converted and how does this phenomenon don’t go against the laws of thermodynamics, and theory of relativity. because if some mass is destroyed the process will release some energy, and according to equation, it is possible to convert that energy back to mass so in this case mass is not destroyed but "converted" into energy.
So how can we destroy matter?
Matter cannot be destroyed .It will always convert into energy. It’s the proper mass that changes the relativistic mass are always conserved.
In the colloquial sense, however, destruction of matter means simply to disintegrate matter into something else and if this disintegration of matter to something else is reversible, than it is not destruction. It is conversion. Like you convert American dollar into Euros, you don’t destroy your money. Matter cannot be destroyed.

Statement seems to offer an explanation of the law of conservation of energy then it's true in its classical sense? At the quantum level, there's some funny business with apparent violation of the law, which is explained by the small amount of time involved in the transactions concerned.
