The most popular way to read RSS feeds to a web based RSS reader. Bloglines is the world's most popular RSS reader, NewsGator is very well known. Both are services that your RSS feeds on a spot somewhere on the Internet for your collection. A third way to read RSS feeds is simply via a browser.
